Burkes Beach Bungalow, Why cross 30 A when you don't have to. Our three bedroom, three bath, Bungalow is nestled next to Rosemary Beach in the prestigous gated neighborhood of Sunset Beach!Were right next door to Alys Beach as well. You never know what celebrity or Country music star you may see on the beach or on 30A around us!
We are on the southside of 30A across from Seacrest Beach. Once through the Iron Gate, You will know that you have arrived somewhere Exclusive and Special! The Brick paved street is lined with Palm trees that lead you to the beach and beachfront pool!
Our unit is uniquely located just 50 steps from the oceanfront private pool and 100 steps to the beach boardwalk. Why take a tram or shuttle to the beach when you can walk from our Bungalow.
Walk to rosemary Beach, Bike to Seaside or Seagrove, golf at famous Camp Creek or a short drive up to Destins Baytowne Wharf. Burkes Beach Bungalow has travertine marble floors throughout the first floor and master.
Gorgeous granite throughout the kitchen. Solid Hardwood steps take you upstairs to two more bedrooms with there own private bathrooms with Limestone showers, pedestal sinks and more. Even the kids bunk room has its own beautiful bathroom.
Open up the frenchdoors off the bedroom and you have your own private balcony overlooking the palm lined courtyards and other villas.
The first floor has two sets of french doors opening to your private, fenced, courtyard. Enjoy an evening fire, grill out or lounge here and catch some sun. You'll love our location and we think you'll love our Bungalow as much as we do.

My family spent Christmas at this beautiful bungalow. We didn't have the best of weather but the area was beautiful and our daily walks at the beach were perfect family time. I would highly recommend this rental property, it is a perfect place to take your family. We hope to go back soon!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our first experience near Rosemary Beach and we loved the area. The Beach House and the rooms were exactly as pictured. It was an easy walk to the beach for us (seniors), our daughter and son-in-law and their two children, ages 7 and 10. The room set-up was ideal. My husband and I had the downstairs master and my daughter's family had the two bedrooms upstairs. The girls were thrilled with the bunk room. Each room had its own bath. We rented bikes and went into Rosemary almost every day. We also went into Seaside some evenings but took the car since the bike trail was dark when the sun went down. All the towns we visited along 30A were lovely. The house was appropriately decorated for a beach cottage and the living and kitchen areas were very comfortable. The place was very clean when we arrived and the neighbors very friendly. I would strongly recommend this cottage to anyone wishing to visit this area. In fact, I have already given the info to one of my neighbors.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

I have spent many weeks on 30A as a young child, teenager, newlywed, and now as a Mommy of a 2 year old. This bungalow would have been perfect for any stages of my life. It felt like home with everything you could have needed! It was welcoming, cozy, quaint, adorable, and luxurious all in one! We had friends over for dinner and comfortably entertained a total of 10. The bedroom set up was perfect for ourselves, nanny, and child with two bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and a master bed/bath downstairs. The patio, porch, and entry were all fairly private with comfortable seating/swings. The beach was in our "backyard" and the pool even closer! We walked to Rosemary everyday, as it was just a few blocks away. We also rented bikes and rode to Seaside for an afternoon. It was a nice, easy ride that even my husband and 2 year old enjoyed. The Publix and pharmacy are just a few miles away for a quick run for supplies. The only complaint, the driveway is very narrow for our SUV, trying to load a toddler in a carseat but, plenty of room to back into the parking patio. This will now be a new family favorite and we can't wait to go back. The owners were very helpful, inviting, and responsive.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
