You'll want to stay longer when your week is over.
Master suite with a new (2011) super comfortable King SERTA pillow top mattress, big fluffy pillows, 300 thread count sheets. French doors lead to your spacious private balcony (8'X 22')from the master suite where you can watch the dolphins play, see a beautiful sunrise. Watch dish network TV with DVD player when you retire to your bed at night.
The comfortable guest bedroom is furnished with two new Serta pillowtop twin beds, but can also be converted to a king if that is more convenient. Guest bedroom also has it's own closet and bathroom. A pack and play is provided for baby. Flat screen 32" TV/Blu Ray
The living room has a NEW comfortable queen sleeper sofa, two recliners, a rocking chair,cable 37" HD FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD and sits on a BEAUTIFUL ELECTRIC FIREPLACE for enjoying those chilly winter evenings. French doors lead to your private balcony with 2 chaise loungers, round table with six chairs.
Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and has a MARGARITAVILLE FROZEN CONCOCTION drink machine for mixing up all those cool drinks to sip on the balcony or poolside.
Full size WASHER & DRYER in closet in the unit for your convenience
Phone with caller ID/answering machine/FREE local calls. FREE HIGH SPEED WI-FI INTERNET SERVICE DVD's videos, books, and games for your enjoyment... pack n play & booster chair for the baby...so you don't need to bring one. Iron & ironing board & blow dryer included
This complex has two large pools (one heated year round)and two kiddy pools. Beach service is available seasonally. You'll find lots of beautiful seashells to gather for great souvenirs.
BEACH SERVICE is offered during spring/summer season. Two wooden chaise loungers with cushions and one beach umbrella are $100 (6 days) or $25/day and can be reserved when you arrive from the beach boy right in front of the condo. He'll have them ready for you each morning when you're ready to start your day.
I have a business license and pay all taxes on a monthly basis. Our housekeeping is available should you need anything extra and we have maintence people ready should there be any unexpected problems. We keep our second home in as good shape as our home...so you will be comfortable.

Why the Owner Chose Surfside Shores I & II
We live in the midwest (Illinois) but our family loves the beach. Our 5 grandchildren and we make many happy memories at our condos in Gulf Shores. This complex...Surfside Shores has the most convenient set-up with the beach sand coming all the way up to the swimming pool deck. Convenience is important to us. We bought this property because Gulf Shores and this complex is family friendly and there is so much for each family member to enjoy.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While staying at Surfside Shores we all enjoy the heated pool and the youngest members of the family enjoy the kiddy pools. When we want fresh seafood or a yummy steak we use the grills and then eat at our beachfront table on our balcony. We sit in the living room or on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim past or see the fishermen pulling in a fish. If we're up early the surise is always awesome and everyone enjoys watching the beautiful sunsets.

Hi! I'm Ricky Beale (owner) I live in Illinois but I've always loved the beach. When I "discovered" Gulf Shores I knew I had found my beach "home away from home". The soft sugary white sand, lush trees and foilage and the blue water and sky all combine to make up this piece of paradise. I enjoy taking care of the rentals for this condo on my own after being a travel agent for a company in my hometown and then working and traveling for United Airlines for many years. I enjoy helping people find the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Hopefully you will be our guests and find the same beauty and peacefulness in this setting.

This condo is a peaceful, cottage-like home offering serenity, comfort and warmth. I was in search of a comfortable, clean place to retreat to. Her condo far exceeds the description and photos available on the site. From the welcome wreath on the door to the special extras she has adorning each nook and cranny of her home, this condo is so well equipped one has nothing to want for. The variety of books, the comfortable master bed with cozy comforters, the fireplace to ward off the chill of winter breezes, the kitchen so well stocked for meal preparations, are just the tip of what the condo has to offer. It was one of the most wonderful experiences I've yet to have at the beach with 40+ years of visiting the gulf coast. I have every intention to return to this condo for many more visits.

Condo was great. Very cozy with a country feel. Love the decor. Easy to use elevator or stairs. Owner was very accomodating in making reservations and corresponding by e-mail. Will definitely use again.

Hi Ricky! Thanks for letting us know the deposit is on its way...we had a great time on our vacation and your condo was so comfortable and cozy! The view was beautiful, especially in the mornings. As an addition, our children loved your original Jungle Book DVD...it was a hit with them, and I am not exaggerating when I say they probably watched it once per day (with popcorn of course)! This was my very first visit to Gulf Shores. How beautiful ! and to stay in such a lovely condo. We were so impressed with how well stocked it was. Just wished we found the binoculars sooner than our last day there:) Would have helped with seeing the dolphins. You thought of everything. I must say too, that we were impressed on how clean the condo was. Our weather was awesome and the beach was great. I had a very relaxing time and will miss my daily morning walks on the beach. Thank you.

First time in a few years our kids had matching breaks. Wanted to take advantage! Lots of items in home to use. We weren't there long enough to cook, but next time I breaking out the Margarita Machine!!! : ) Great location, close to everything, but very quiet at the same time.Security on the property all of the time was nice, especially for parking issues. Pools are clean and plenty of chairs. The Hangout was fun and Franco's was delicious. Beach is spotless!! Hopefully this will work out again next spring!!!

I have went down to gulf shores more than 20 times and stayed in a number of different condos, but this by far was one of the best i have been in. Amazing room with perfect view and great location from the T in gulf shores. Thanks for an amazing Spring Break '11
