"Seagrapes" is a very nicely restored 100 year old Bahamian cottage located in Spanish Wells, a village on a small island one mile off the north coast of Eleuthera.
Seagrapes is located on a narrow part of the island and is very convenient to shopping, very good grocery stores, restaurants, and harbor.
The gorgeous, uncrowded, two mile long pink sand beach is a 200 yard walk, the waters calm and crystal clear, and the fishing and snorkeling are outstanding on both the beach flats and huge reef located one-half mile off shore.
Spanish Wells is very non-touristy, very neat, clean, and flowery. The islanders, of British descent, are proud of their neat, colorful homes and crime free village.

$10/night/each additional guest up to a maximum of 6 guests
50% down with returned rental agreement within 14 days to reserve
Remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival.
100% due, along with rental agreement, before arrival on reservations
made within 30 days of arrival. Due to Power Company fuel surcharges to
customers a $10/nt energy surcharge will be applied
