The spacious two story home has 7 bedrooms (6 on the main floor), 5 baths, 2 separate kitchens, an upstairs game/media room with 2 day beds, 2 separate living and dining areas and will easily accommodate 16. The home has 160 feet of beach frontage and has ample outside deck space, deck furniture and screened outside dining to accommodate all. Some amenities include a DVD collection, board games, outside shuffleboard court and equipment, beach chairs, multiple TV/DVD/CD players, covered parking, wireless internet and free long distance service. Imagine an endless view of beautiful blue water with sunsets that take your breath away, an abundance of wildlife with schools of dolphins swimming just yards away and deer a plenty. A secluded massive playground full of white soft sand is ready to be explored by you and your family. Again, Alta Vista is a place where time slows and memories are made.

  • My Husband and I stayed last December for a 5 night stay. I truly think this was one of our best vacations. The home is very spacious with a fantastic view of the Gulf. We enjoyed shelling on the beach, bonfires at night, shuffel boarding in the afternoon and just relaxing and listening to the waves. We also enjoyed the State Park just a short drive away. Sometimes the simplest things are the best things, like sitting on the swing on the huge deck over looking the water and listening to the birds. The pictures certainly do not do justice. This is a great vacation home to get away from all of our busy schedules and take time with our families.
