  • What can I say? I spent 8 wonderful days at the condo (just got home last night) and I must admit, I am physically here and mentally there! Rest, relaxation, good food and time spent with friends pretty well sums it up. The weather was superb and I really miss it! The condo is very comfortable and all the added extra touches make it even more so. Thanks for making your condo special in that way. Each day the seagulls and dolphins put on a show. There was also sightings of some sting rays. No need to worry about them, they were just playing in the water and quite entertaining. I could go on and on, but my suggestion would be for everyone checking your website to experience it for themselves! I plan stay in the condo again in the future. I have also spread the word to friends about it. Thanks again for making my stay comfortable. You have a wonderful beach getaway.

  • We just returned from a week long stay at 313 Waters Edge. Our vacation was absolutely phenomenal! The condo itself was in immaculate condition, tastefully decorated, with all of the amenities that you would want. We especially appreciated the "extras" that the owner included, such as beach towels and toys, movies for the kids, and of couse, beach service. The pool was absolutely HUGE - the largest on the island. I can't imagine it ever feeling "crowded" even during peak season. The island itself was exactly what we were seeking - we had the beautiful beach practically to ourselves, while the "hustle and bustle" of Destin was a mere 5 minute drive away for additional dining and entertainment options. My family and I had a fantastic stay, and I would recommend without hesitation 313 Waters Edge to anyone looking for a wonderful "beach getaway".

  • Our stay in Waters Edge at unit 313 was really great! The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It included extras like detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine, trash bags and dish liquid. The beach towels provided by the owners and chair service was also a big plus to staying in the unit. It is in a good location with easy access to the parking garage for those trips back and forth from the car. Not every floor has this walk over access. We will stay here again.

  • Our stay at WatersEdge was absolutely fabulous. Not only was it a wonderful facility, but I feel as though we were in one of the best units in the property. The view from the spacious third floor balcony was stunning, and all the extras provided by unit 313's owners made it as good of an experience as we've ever had on the beach. The condo was stocked with beach toys for the kids to use, which were better than the toys we had brought with us, as well as board games, children's videos, and books. Add in the fact that they throw in complimentary use of the exercise facilities and free umbrella and beach chairs made this an even better value. I would definitely stay in this unit again, and recommend it to all of my friends. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

  • I took my daughter, Dakota, to Ft. Walton for a surprise 13th birthday trip. I booked Waters Edge Unit 313 and couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. Teresa, the owner, knew we were celebrating my daughter's birthday so when we arrived she had a birthday banner up!! The condo was very clean and well decorated.   • We had the wonderful opportunity to spend Spring Break at WatersEdge and stay in #313. We had a great time!! The extra benefits provided, i.e. beach service, beach towels, dishwasher and dish soap, make this condo "Above and Beyond" most others. You will surely enjoy your stay as much as we did!!!
