Our villa is located directly on the beachfront in the much sought after Admirals Row section of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club. The balcony of our Villa overlooks the beach. Only a very small number of other villas share such a unique location. Most Villas that are listed as "Ocean View" are a much greater distance from the beach.
The special location of Admirals Row Beachfront Villas creates an exclusive feeling of an oceanfront setting situated apart from everything else. However, all the benefits of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis complex are still at your disposal. This includes two swimming pools and a children's pool, a poolside bar, restaurant, as well as main complex with a shop and entertainment, tennis courts, picnic areas, and many other features
In addition to the benefits of its excellent location, our Villa has also recently been refurbished in a Caribbean-tropical decor. It offers new equipment and a bright and airy interior. You will find that the cost of our Villa is slightly higher than the price of others further back in the complex, but when you consider the direct oceanfront location and the quality of our unit, the cost is very moderate compared to any equivalent locations on the island. We think you will really enjoy what our Villa has to offer.

We really enjoyed our week (Oct. 14-21) at HHI in your beautiful condo! Thank you for sharing your paradise with us! It was so fantastic to sit on the porch each morning having breakfast and watching the fishing boats, sea gulls and people. In the evening, the sunset was breath taking; especially several nights when there was a Harvest Moon. There were so many things to see and do all over the island. Too many places, too little time.....We are hoping to come back soon and spend a longer length of time in your fabulous home away from home. Our experiecne was truly the best! Thnak You!

We had a great time on our first trip to Hilton Head. Being so close to the beach was wonderful. The view from the balcony was beautiful and exactly as pictured in the photos. We even got to see some dolphins while sitting out there one evening. Pat was very helpful and attentive. She provided great suggestions for restaurants and tips for getting around on the back roads which made it so much easier! The condo was very clean and comfortable for our little family of three. We would definitely stay there again.

We have been visiting Hilton Head Island for over 20 years and out of habit, have always stayed on Shipyard Plantation. It was always lovely but they don't have beachfront accommodations. This year I decided I wanted an ocean front view and searched until I found what sounded like the ideal place. It was more than ideal, it was perfect in every way! The moment we opened the door and looked straight ahead, we saw the ocean, what a beautiful sight! The villa is small but it feels cozy and not cramped. It has everything you need, full kitchen, TV in the LR & BR, plenty of closet and drawer space and did I mention the view! Pat was very helpful from the moment we booked including sending us suggestions for restaurants, places to visit, etc. One restaurant she recommended was Roastfish and Cornbread - loved it! Lowcountry cooking at its best. We only stayed for 4 days but are looking forward to staying longer next time...we are not planning on staying anywhere else on the Island. Thank you Pat and Ian for sharing your villa with us.

Our stay at your Villa was truely wonderful. The balcony with the direct ocean view and the comfortable chairs was by far-worth the trip!!! The villa had everything we needed. Loved the ice cube trays in the freezer that where filled and ready to go!! We enjoyed the few steps it took to get to the beach, the great places to eat, bike rides and easy storage of them. I will recommend this to my friends/family and will be staying here again (maybe when it is not sooo hot :) ) 110 is a little too much for me, even with the ocean breeze.

This condo has everything a beach lover enjoys. Close proximity, oceanfront view, wonderful balcony overlooking the water, beach equipment included. This property is a fantastic value, clean with all the amenities, and in the best building in the beach and tennis resort. The beach access is immediately outside your door, just down the elevator or stairs. For pools, you have a choice of the smaller one beside this building, or the big one a short walk away. My teenagers had plenty to do as well -- beach, pool, basketball, tennis. We all had a good time and will definitely try and book this condo in the future. Loved the location -- this resort is large, but the location of this building is on the extreme southern side, and really private and quiet -- so, you have the convenience of a large resort, but privacy like a small one. The owners were great to work with and helped us with a last minute rental.

What a perfect oceanside retreat! Loved the floor-plan and well-thought-out incidentals that made for very comfortable living. The balcony deck-high seating was perfect for dining or just relaxing. We ate every meal overlooking the ocean and were still only steps away from the food prep area. Another plus is the close proximity of the beach; an easy, short stroll. We especially appreciated beach accessories! Pride of ownership is apparent. That was another HUGE plus. No doubt about it - we'll be back! Thanks for making our spring runaway-from-home ideal.

We have thorougly enjoyed our time in Hilton Head and this very nicely decorated, comfortable condo with a fantastic view of ocean, sunrise and dolphins. We thank Pat and Ian for allowing us to enjoy their home away from home. Hilton Head is a much different area than we are used to, so laid back and neat with designed communities all along the Island. Fantastic restaurants and shopping areas. Hilton beach and Tennis Club is quiet (in October) and the weather couldn't be better. Our unit was perfect for the two of us who needed this time away from the busy life that we enjoy at home. Thanks.

Condo was exactly as described in pictures & in photos. Condo was well-maintained and very comfortable for 2 people. Transaction with owner was easy & professional. Property management was friendly & avaliable. The condo itself was well-cleaned prior to our visit & the beach toys were an added bonus. The view - spectacular. We ate every night on the balcony just to enjoy the view. The pools were nice..The smaller seemed to be a little old - but that has nothing to do with the owners or condo itself. It was still enjoyable -- just not very updated. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we are SO Glad we chose to stay in this condo. Security was great as well as the other condo owners we met at the condo and the beach! The beach was fabulous. I have recommended this condo already to others and hope to stay again very soon. Recommendations of restaurants: Roast fish and Cornbread - awesome! Grubby's NY deli - very very good! Grocery Stores: you can't beat Fresh Market's crab legs and steaks.. The only recommendation for improvement of the condo: there is not much light in the bedroom. Maybe a little brighter bulb in one of the lamps would help. No other recommendations to be given....It was very comfortable and exactly as you described. Many people we spoke to had stayed at this resort years & years & years in a row...We can see why. We can't wait to come back!!!
