Beautiful, Gulf-Front means you are located right on the beach!! Sterling Sands is one of the most popular Condominiums in the Heart of Destin! The unit is perfect for multiple families! Bring your friends and share the space! Or just spread out your family. It's well worth a few extra dollars not to be crammed! Over 1900 square feet!
Our condo is NEWLY remodeled with wonderful shabby chic black distressed furniture straight from a showroom. It's a corner unit which offers gorgeous views from everywhere! Two master suites, both have sliding glass doors that lead to your balcony with panoramic views. The living area has wonderful large windows and a 15 foot sliding glass door lets the Emerald Coast right into your living space!
One of the master bedrooms has it own kitchenette with a small table, small refrigerator, sink, and coffee pot. This master bedroom has a private balcony offering wonderful views though the sliding doors. Each bedroom is has its own bath so everyone has privacy. The third small bedroom offers a queen size bed (new for 2008)and of course it's own bath. The couch is a sleeper sofa, just in case you need an extra bed.
The unit offers TV's in each room and a DVD player, VCR and CD player for everyone to enjoy.
Umbrella set up is available from Dan. You save enough by renting from owner to pay for this necessity! Plus have plenty left over for the outlet's and dinner out! :)
