3 Bedroom-3 Bath: As a three bed/three bath condo you have ove 1900 square feet to share with loved ones. You will enjoy two master bedrooms both with private balconies, king beds, huge walk in closets, and large bathrooms featuring jet tubs. The third bedroom has a queen bed and bath. As a three bedroom, the condo features two pullout sleeper sofas to comfortably sleep 10 guests. One complimentary umbrella and beach chair set up is included.
2 Bedroom-2 Bath: This condo offers one master bedroom with a private balcony, king bed, huge walk in closet, and large bathroom featuring jet tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bedroom and bath. This unit has one pullout sleeper sofa and it comfortably sleeps 6-7. One complimentary umbrella and beach chair set up is included. NOTE: not all two bedroom condos at Sterling Sands are the same size. This is a large two bed/2bath condo.
One bedroom Studio: Our studio is perfect for a couples getaway orsmall family of three. The studio has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven and coffee pot. There is a king size bed, a large walk in closet and a couch with a pull out sleeper sofa. Our studio has a very private balcony that extends a beautiful view of the gulf. The studio is perfect for an inexpensive ON THE BEACH vacation. Most hotels in Destin are not ON the beach. Our studio does not have a washer/dryer or a dishwasher. The umbrella set up is not included. Studio, or "lock out" units are common at Sterling Sands and are set up with double locking doors. If you have questions please ask.

Owner Description
We purchased our properties with two non-negotiable factors in mind: 1) Views! We would not compromise on being able to see the emerald waters of the gulf while relaxing on our balcony. We are from Kentucky and our vacations are all about seeing and enjoying the water. 2)Proximity to the beach and pool. As a family with young kids we wanted to be quick to and from our condo to the sand. Our goal was always less than a minute for either and we purchased our condo's accordingly.
As a result, our family enjoys truly relaxing vacations taking in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Regardless of where we are, the heart of Destin, Panama City Beach, Scenic Gulf Drive our views don't change..the famous emerald water is only a glance away! Our family condo business is dear to us. We recognize how blessed we are and we cherish the memories!

We absolutely loved this condo!!! It was everything the listing said it was. My 3 adult kids, 2 toddler grandchildren, husband and I had the best vacation ever. The condo was very clean and spacious. It had all the luxeries of home. Lots of great restaurants nearby! The Track was right across the street and a huge waterpark was within walking distance from us!!! My family and I stayed at this condo in June 2011. Everything in this article was exactly as described. My family prefers to stay at a place that is not very crowded. Sterling Sands is definitely that place. It is not your typical high rise condo that is overcrowded. The unit was beautiful and comfortable and clean. The owner was very pleasant to work with. We communicated through e-mail and she was very helpful and answered quickly. Thanks for a great vacation getaway for our family!

The condo was eveything we thought it would be. The discription was very accurate. We had 8 adults and a 2 year old and we had more than enough room. The listing descriptions were very accurate and the pictures were as close to the real thing as possible. The owners were VERY helpful in accommodating us for the week and the property was very clean and very well maintained. I would certainly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great vacation spot. This property is centrally located to lots of restaurants and kid friendly places.

My family of 8 just stayed in this unit and it was wonderful!!!! Very spacious and a beautiful kitchen. Marti was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions. Condo is very nice and clean. I highly recommend this unit.

I too have stayed at this property. Marti Swift was very accomodating and helpful with questions about the property. We have actually stayed at Sterling Sands for about 5 years and this is by far one of my favorite condos. Very large, spacious, clean, luxurious. Love the wrap around patio and love the large kitchen. Comes in handy when you are cooking for large group. I totally disagree with the comment about it not being clean. We are coming again in 2011 and wouldnt hesitate to stay in this 3br condo again.

If you're just looking for a good location, this might be the room for you. But, if you want a room that is clean, up-to-date, and worth the price, I would look elsewhere. This condo was filthy and many of the items in the condo were broken or damaged. We have stayed in many condos in Destin that were much cheaper and much classier. While we had a great vacation in Destin, we were not pleased with the condo. We did report our concerns to the owner, but the only suggestion was to email her with things that were dirty and she used our early check-in as an excuse for unrepaired items. We love Destin, but would not reccommend this condo.
Owner response: I was personally on the property by 10:45 AM and the guest had already checked in and unpacked. Check in is at 3:30. It is impossible to inspect and clean a 3bed/3bath 1900 square foot condo in a short amount of time. Indeed the condo was not ready. The family forfeited their right to a clean unit by checking in early at 10:45 AM. Check in is at 3:30-checkout 10 am. We have been renting for 9 years. Seventy-five percent of our guests are repeat. We are booked 100% at occupancy from January through the end of August. (when there is no oil) This situation speaks for itself.
