I had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful villa in June 2011 and it was perfect!!! The owners were fantastic and I really am looking forward to going back next year!!! If I had to give my experience a total of 5 stars, I would give 10!!!

Christmas 2010. Another fabulous holiday. We managed to cram in so much in 2 weeks, so going home pretty exhausted, but totally satisfied. Thank you again to Peter and Flora for presenting a first class home.. The Christmas decorations were fabulous too! Worthing UK

October / November 2010 Your villa is stunning and we were wowed by it, my children were excited to choose their own bedroom (particularly my daughter who couldn't believe her luck in having a double bed all to herself.....she had to share it at the end with all the cuddly toys who were added to our family!!!) It was fully equipped with everything we needed, bed guard and buggy included.....fantastic) The pool was marvellous and we now have the added memory of this being the first place our son actually swam (with floats) all by himself. The information you sent beforehand and the information at the villa was thorough and really helpful. Your attention to detail was fab. The welcome pack was most welcome! It was marvellous to be able to have a bit of supper and breakfast without worrying about driving to a supermarket. So all thats left to say is, thanks for helping to make our first Disney trip a thoroughly memorable and enjoyable one......we will certainly be recommending the villa.

June 2010 Our trip was wonderful and your property is great! All was as expected. The welcome kit came in VERY handy as we arrived at the house at approximately 2:30 am - shopping was out of the question we were all too tired. The pool was the best for the grandchildren - both of whom learned to swim while in Florida!!! Thank you for fitting us in after our original reservation ran into issue. I would never be able to refer to this situation as an error - perhaps rather a blessing that we stayed at your home. We will highly recommend your property to family and friends.

We stayed in this wonderful villa early this year and it was one of our best vacation experiences! It was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The pool was the perfect temperature as was the adjoining spa. The big screen TV was great for movies and we really enjoyed the pool table and game room. January 14 2006 Visiting Orlando was a much needed respite from the cold and snow, but our vacation was perfect on account of our decision to stay in this lovely home. We made good use of the pool table, spa and big screen TV, but most of all loved the home-away-from-home comfort of the villa. Clean and classy, spacious and sophisticated, the place was great - and Helen of Lyver Management was wonderful. I have already started to praise this vacation home to family and friends, and started to plan our return! Thanks again, and see you soon.

We stayed here in July of this year and were thoroughly impressed with the house. It certainly was home from home with all the necessities provided that you could wish for. The house is furnished to a very high standard and we would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Florida. It is also only 15 mins to Disney! We will certainly be returning to ths house when we visit Florida in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful holiday here in July. This is by far the best villa we have rented anywhere in the world - it would be quite easy to spend most of the time relaxing in the house and pool! We cannot recommend highly enough.

My husband, family and I stayed at this villa for 3 weeks in March of this year and had the most wonderful holiday. It is a very clean and spacious villa, with a lovely pool and spa. Most definitely recommended!!

My family and I recently stayed at this fabulous villa. We would definitely recommend it. If you want to stay in a wonderfully furnished, spacious villa this is the one to pick! Although i would recommend the pool heating, we didn't choose this option and wished we had as the pool was a bit on the chilly side. We have stayed in villa's in Orlando before and this is by far the best!!
