Relax and have fun at the Tiki Condominium, our newly constructed, top-floor condominium in North Wildwood. Great location, just steps to the beach, boardwalk ramp, bike path, and playground at Sixteenth Street.
This beautiful condominium includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open spacious kitchen, dining area, and family room leading to a large covered deck with beautiful ocean view (see picture). The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a pull-out queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is plenty of closet space.
The kitchen has all major appliances and features a breakfast bar with four bar stools. The dining area has an ample gathering table that seats eight- perfect for a quiet dinner or crab feast. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer- no coin operated laundry mats for you! All of our furniture, including the mattresses, is brand new. ADDITIONALLY: there is a 32 inch television in the family room with a DVD/VCR, and a 20 inch TV in the master bedroom with a DVD/VCR. Parking is assured when you have access to a two-car garage. Beach chairs (eight) are provided in the garage storage area. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. We request that renters be families where the principal adults are at least 25 years of age.
