65-66 Moorings is a lower level end unit adjacent to the beach path - Hilton Head Condominium Just Steps from the Beach Our Moorings villa returns to the rental market newly remodeled and redecorated. Our upgrades include a new maple kitchen featuring the convenience of roll out drawers and granite countertops. Our comfortable new living area includes a new convertible queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, dining room set and hard wood floors. The master bedroom has a new dressing area, marble vanity, ceramic floors and a walk in benched shower. Palmetto Dunes is a private, gated community and our Moorings Villa is an ocean oriented, first level end unit condominium. Just steps from the beach and adjacent to the beach "path," our vacation villa is fewer than 100 yards from the Dunes House beach entrance. The Dunes House is visible from our master bedroom's balcony. The Mooring's pool is also just a short stroll from our villa and it can be seen from our villa's guest room. Because the Mooring's beach "path" is an extension of the Villa's parking lot, your children can safely walk to the beach while you check your e-mail or send a fax. Our villa offers high speed cable wireless internet access as well as a fax machine, scanner, and printer. Just remember to pack your laptops along with your swimsuit and golf clubs. Our villa's home office equipment includes wifi as well as a fax machine, scanner and printer. Our villa's telephone service includes free local calling and free domestic long distance calling. All office equipment is both PC and Mac compatible. We also offer cable TV with On Demand HBO channels on our 37 inch television with DVD and VCR players. This oceanside villa offers plenty of space and privacy. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, cable television, telephone, private bath, dressing area, and hair dryer. Sliding glass doors lead to a private deck with a cafe table and chairs. The guest bedroom is a "lockout unit" and is furnished with two double beds, cable television, telephone, private bath, dressing area, and hair dryer. Sliding glass doors lead to a second private deck with a cafe table and chairs. The living room is furnished with a new queen-size sleeper sofa. A third full bath is located off the living room. Linens are provided for a maximum of eight guests. The kitchen is well equipped and includes an oven, range, microwave oven, disposal, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker. The new dining area seats six plus an additional four at the breakfast counter. The villa has a stackable washer and dryer. This Non-Smoking Condominium can be pet friendly under certain circumstances - ONE small dog only.
