Experience luxury at The Palms, a gorgeous condominium resort located perfectly on the beautiful sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, AL.
The Palms has it all with ground floor walk-in convenience. It's air conditioned 1,376 sq. feet includes a spacious living area, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths and comfortably sleeps 8 with a queen size sleeper sofa. The unit feautures a huge Gulf front balcony accessible from the living area and master bedroom. The sparkling aqua blue waters and sugar white sand are only footsteps away. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available (in season).
The unit has been renovated, redocorated from top to bottom and features nine foot ceilings and tiled flooring throughout (except bedrooms).
The large living area features a perfect, full view of the beach and Gulf, queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, sitting area, TV with DVD. The dining area features a full size dining table with chairs.
The huge, fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, oven, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator w/ ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, can opener, dishes, cookware, glasses and utensils.
There's a convenient bar area with three bar stools and full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV with DVD player, telephone, clock radio, sliding glass doors to the balcony (gulf front view), and a large private bath.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, TV with VCR and a clock radio. The third bedroom has two twin size beds, TV with DVD & VCR and a clock radio.
The huge Gulf front balcony overlooks the pool and has a table for four and two chaise lounges that are perfect for taking in the sights and the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.

This condo was beautifully decorated. The view was great and overlooked the pool (you couldn't get any closer without being in it!). This was great for my 87 year old father. He felt like he was a part of the action at all times. The property was very well kept and we loved the indoor pool also. A great vacation!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children.
