E Komo Mai! Welcome to our Kailua Beach Cottage.

This is the best of both, Kailua and Lanikai! We are just 1 block to Kailua Beach with over 3 miles of pristine white sand or just a short walk (approximately 3 to 4 blocks) to world famous Lanikai beach. Kailua beach park is located just across the street which features a bike trail, picnic tables, lifeguards, restrooms and outdoor showers.
Spend the day swimming out to Flat Island, kayaking to the Mokuluas or just relaxing in the sun. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, ice cooler, beach mats, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. You provide the swimsuits! You are also welcome to use our bicycles, (2 childrens bicycles and 2 adult bicycles) our kayaks,(a one man kayak and a tandem kayak)and our 10' 6" surfboard! This in itself is a huge savings in rental equipment!!!
Our cottage which is ideally comfortable for 2 adults and 2 or less children features two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with two twins that can be converted to a king. The cottage is completely renovated with all new furnishings with a tropical decor. All rooms have ceiling fans and an extra floor fan if needed. The queen bedroom also has a window unit air conditioner.
The extra large lanai (deck) provides you with private outdoor dining with a gas grill and a great place to lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and even a blender for those delicious tropical smoothies! A shared washer and dryer are available for your convenience also.
After dinner relax while watching our new TV, VCR or DVD player. We even provide a wide variety of movies. There is also a brand new TV, VCR, and DVD player in the King/Twins sized bedroom.
The town of Kailua, just a quick five minute drive offers a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques and sports rental shops. We are within walking distance of the Kalapawai Market, a local hangout for coffee and deli sandwiches, Buzz's Steakhouse which is open for lunch and dinner, Bob's Boston Pizza, Island Snow which offers shaved ice, a popular island favorite, Kailua First Stop which is a mini-mart and a few other boutiques.
We also have a cat, Tiger, on the property to welcome you.
