The Pearl of Navarre is a luxury condominium on prime beachfront property on Santa Rosa Island. Our 11th floor unit (Unit 1101) has spectacular beachfront views from the wraparound balcony along the front and side.
The back balcony provides great views of Santa Rosa Sound and the mainland. Avoid the traffic and congestion found in Destin and other highly developed areas. Discover the tranquility and serenity along this barrier island, which includes a 12 mile stretch of untouched Gulf Islands National Seashore.
Shopping and commercial activities are conveniently located a few minutes away on the mainland. Navarre Beach is one of the top rated beaches in the country with pure white sand and emerald water. Walk to the nearby Navarre Beach State Park. A boat launch and jet ski rental are available on the Sound side.
The Pearl provides the finest of accommodations along the beachfront. The air conditioned exercise room overlooks the beach and two pools- watch your kids while you work out! One of the pools is heated during the winter season. A hot tub is also available at the pool and sundeck complex. The Santa Rosa County beach restoration project was completed in the fall of 2006 to widen the beach. The sand is sugar white and loaded with seashells.
Our smoke-free unit is colorfully decorated and furnished for your comfort and pleasure. With nine foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows along the front and side, you enjoy great views of the beach and surf. The unit has generous space with 1780 sq. ft. plus the balconies. The master suite, equipped with a king bed and large bathroom with a jetted tub for two and separate shower, opens onto the front balcony so you can see and hear the surf while relaxing in bed! A separate guest suite complete with its own jetted tub, kitchenette, and laundry facilities, has a queen bed and its own private balcony -a great retreat for your parents or in-laws. The unit also has a bright third bedroom with twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. When the pocket doors to the hallway are closed, a third suite is created. A queen sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping for two additional people.
Our complete entertainment center provides you with a multimedia experience including a 42" plasma HD TV and Dolby surround sound. And, so you can stay in touch, we are one of the few units in the building that has cable high speed internet with a wireless router. Bring your laptop and check your e-mail or surf the web while you relax on the balcony. A desktop computer for our guests is provided in the master bedroom. These computer facilities are at no extra charge!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and contains a separate breakfast nook overlooking the gulf. Behind the kitchen are a full sized washer and dryer.
