This is a luxury condominium townhouse with only five units per building. We are on the ground floor, with Master Bedroom, dining room and living room facing the ocean. There is an outside veranda over looking the ocean.

There is nothing but sand dunes between us and the ocean. The dune walkover is right next to our end unit.

The kitchen is well equipped with beautiful and plentiful sets of dinnerware and glassware. Blender, Cuisinart, toaster, coffeemaker, bread machine etc are there for your use.

The tennis courts and swimming pool are only a short walk, and the beach is so close that the dune walkover is about 20 feet from our unit.

These units were built in 1996, and are in pristine condition. We are only a few miles from all the major supermarkets and shopping.

The village of Fernandina Beach is historic, charming, and filled with great restaurants and stores.

You will be living in a $1 Million + condo with beautiful furnishings with ceramic and hardwood floors in the living space.

The bedroom arrangements include a master suite with large bath and walk in closet, and a king sized bed. A guest suite with private bath, and queen bed, and a guest room with twin beds with a full bath across hall.
