This property is new construction, as compared to the other properties in this community that are ten years old, and is now furnished with a king bed in the master suite, two twins with trundles in one guest bedroom, two twins in the third and a sofa bed in the loft. There are TVs in the master bed, guest bed and loft as well as a 52 inch flat screen in the living area above the fireplace. There is a washer and dryer in the fourth bathroom and a full kitchen.
The unit is right on it's private beach and is the only rental unit with 40 feet of beach in front of it. The building is a stand alone Condo with no shared walls. The inside is beautiful and open with views of the lake from every room. There are three balconies including a very large deck on the ground floor. If you want to get away on the beach, this is the place. It is also next to the shared pool and hot tub.
The community is right next to shopping, grocery, dining and more. This is a wonderful vacation property.
