Large condo on the intercoastal with available boat dock and ramp (call to discuss), 1400 square feet of finished living space, private entrance for master bedroom with private balcony. Additional balcony overlooking the water. About 500 feet from beach, Condo kitchen is fully equipped for large to small family, pull out sofa sleeps two, both bedrooms feature king-size beds. Master bath is large with vanity and his and her sinks. Cable TV, as well as pool table in common area. The complex has its own swimming pool as well as a small private beach on the intercoastal protected by the boat dock. This Condo is close to fathoms and the salt rock grill. Clearwater beach is just up the road and the airport is a short 20 minute drive. Condo is professionally managed by a rental company I hired so if there is anything you may need they are a phone call away.
