This home was beautiful! We stayed here for a church ladies retreat. It was well supplied with everything we could possibly need. There were more than enough beds for our 14 ladies and plenty of activities both in the house and at the clubhouse to keep us busy during the rainy weekend. Linda was very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Our "gang" who once did everything together but are now retired and dispersed around the country were finally able to reunite once again. And, what a lovely place to have a reunion and some fun together. This condo is spacious and clean, but the best part is that it is close to whatever this area offers. You don't have to use your car even if you like pools, golf, and tennis. Biking to restaurants is another option. We highly recommend this rental property. Connie, G.R., and "The Gang"

Girl's Scrapbooking Weekend!

What a wonderful experience! We are a group of girlfriends who try to get away together and scrapbook twice a year. Our only requirement is that we have room to scrap and can stay in our jammies all weekend! Well, did your home hit it out of the park!!! We had a great time! On top of the house being so clean and spacious, it's more beautiful than our own homes! And the amenities were great...we shopped, played golf, walked through the beautiful neighborhood, swam and had dinner at diFebo's. Oh, a bit of scrapbooking too! We are already talking about our next trip! Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your piece of paradise!

We shared this house with one other family. All bedrooms were clean and comfortable and was spacious for 10. The pictures on line do not do justice to the space and decor. The Owner was very helpful with the one problem we had and totally respectful of our privacy while resolving the issue immediately. The shuttle to the Beach was great and the pool was really nice - plenty of chairs and shade and easy to bring lunch to the pool and feed the kids there. Really great place -would recommend to families of all ages.

We had a wonderful time at Bear Trap.The townhouse was beautiful and very clean. We had 14 people and never were we on top of each other. The owners are wonderful people to deal with and they thought of everything you need to have a great time. Bethany Beach is beautiful. What a great family place to vacation. I would not think twice about going back again. We love it!!!!

Even better than advertised! We loved the property . . . more space than it looks like in the photos. It's great that every bedroom has a bathroom. Very well stocked kitchen --- plenty of dishes, pots & pans, counter space, pantry space, all the small appliances you could want. The kitchen table has an extra leaf and plenty of chairs; we had many family meals and group card games. The downstairs play area is huge and was great for allowing the kids to have fun while the adults relaxed. The DVD/Video selection was awesome, and there's a game closet as well -- and the pool table was a great hit. We had kids ages 4 to 14, and there was something for everyone! It was wonderful to be able to use the chairs in the garage, and the bear trap shuttle to the beach takes away all driving and parking stress, with plenty of room in the back for cooler, chairs, and sand toys. We also enjoyed indoor/outdoor pool facilities, which also has foosball and pingpong, and we even had a first annual family volleyball game. Dinner at the bistro was great too. All in all, we recommend this place to any group, with kids of all ages!

Wonderful Vacation Property

This spacious townhome was the perfect place for two families to spend a nice week at the Delaware Shore. The location was great. Close to all of the amenities that Bear Trap has to offer. Just steps from the bag drop at the golf course and a very short distance to the pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. The home itself was immaculately clean and had everything we could want...including lots of towels, extra linens, blankets, etc. Plenty to do in the house on rainy days, even though we didn't have any. The weather was hot and sunny every day. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property. Linda and her family were great to deal with and completely buttoned up. They made the rental process so easy, and they had every detail taken care of. Thanks for a great vacation!

A great place to relax

My family greatly enjoyed the facility. My husband enjoyed the short walk to the golf course and the grill. My older daughter's family liked the shuttle to the beach and the pool. My younger daughter just enjoyed being on vacation and having a bike handy. The kids all liked the nearby Fractured Prune donut shop. I liked the proximity of the grocery store. The house was beautifully decorated and had many amenities that we liked.

Things we liked: The labels on all of the lights. That's a very nice touch. The huge rooms and closets. There was plenty of room. All the games, CD's and movies to use. Our boys enjoyed the bikes The house is very nicely decorated and very livable. The owner is very easy to deal with. She responds quickly to e-mail and phone calls and supplies you with lots of helpful information.

Stayed a week during the 4th July weekend along with my family (including brother's family and my parents). The house worked out perfect for us, 6 adults and 4 children. My dad only had to walk literally 50 feet to the club house to play golf. Walk to the pool was ideal for family with little ones. The beach (boardwalk) was a short 10 min drive (~3 miles). The house, ample living, sleeping and playing quarters for all. Also, a major plus to have a BBQ Grill. For a quick last minute shopping, Giant Food's was only a 5 min drive away. All in all, was a pleasant and wonderful vacation stay!!! Thank you Linda!!

Annual College Bowling Tournament

This is the fourth year we have stayed at this property. Each year, something has been added or upgraded. This year, there were new hardwood floors upstairs as well as more decorations (pictures on the wall, etc). We enjoy the property. It is much nicer than a hotel and less expensive plus all 11 of us get to be under one roof! The owner, Linda, is easy to work with and is helpful. We will be back next November as long as she lets us.

Everything was wonderful during our stay at your property. It was convenient, spacious, clean, in good condition, attractively furnished/ decorated, well-equipped (including local information), and quieter than most (thanks to the wonderful floor plan), despite the fact that we had nine adults. The beds were very comfortable and having four bathrooms, each with double sinks was a real plus. And there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed the tennis and swimming, too, within walking distance of the house. Everyone in our group thought that your place was probably the nicest we have ever stayed at in the Bethany area, and most of us have been going down every June for years. You have our highest recommendation. Thanks again.

Linda and Family! We couldn't of asked for a better home! By far the best house we have vacationed at. We enjoyed being 10/15 minutes away from Bethany and about 20/25 minutes of the OC Boardwalk...everything was "around the corner". The home was nice and spacious with plenty of room to sleep. The pool table was great fun after a nice BBQ on the grill outside. The house was clean and ideal and the perfect vacation for us! Thanks a million Linda! Your home was the best way to start off a great summer. We look foward to many future vacations on Village Green!

It was great being able to walk easily to the golf club, the activity center and tennis courts. The bedrooms are very spacious and well decorated. It has a well equiped kitchen. The owner provided nice games for people of all ages. It was a great place to bike with the children.

Dear Linda, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us. We had the most amazing time here. Bethany Beach was so much fun. Our children said it was the best vacation they have ever been on. Your townhome is so spacious and beautifully decorated! My daughter is in love with the "pink" and white bedroom. Actually, so is my son. The only item we could have used was plastic wrap in the kitchen. Other than that we felt very comfortable purchasing everything else that we needed. We had a wonderful time at you house. Although we did not have great weather the house was always so much fun to come home to. The rooms are beautiful and the basement is a blast. Our unit at Bear Trap Dunes was not only enjoyable but beautiful and well equipped. It is ideal for a family vacation. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 baths gave each family their own space and the lower floor was a great "Bachelor Pad" for the 4 grandsons ranging in age from 6 to 14.We will, hopefully, be back next year. We really loved your "Preferred Lie". Everything we needed was here. We spent long days at the beach both Bethany and Fenwick. The weather all week was very hot - just the way you want it on vacation where you have access to a pool and beaches. Had a great order of shrimp and steamed crabs from "Mickey's Family Crabhouse."
