Unobstructed views of mountains, meadows, and the slopes round out this comfortable three bedroom, two bathroom, which is nestled at the base of the Wasatch Mountains in beautiful Park City.

After a day on the slopes, come home to this condo and a cozy gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the large upstairs loft bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the secluded loft has two twin-size beds. Two full bathrooms and lots of closet/storage space will ease your stay. The living room has a TV/VCR/DVD and stereo/CD player. There is an additional TV in the upstairs bedroom and telephones on both levels. The kitchen and pantry are completely stocked with all utensils, appliances, and cookware.

The condo is in Red Pine at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort. The Canyons parking lots are below the Red Pine complex, a quick 90 second drive!! The complex is quiet, well maintained and secure. A short walk across the parking lot leads to the clubhouse with an outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot-tub, sauna, and extra large indoor hot-tub available to you during your stay. There are also laundry facilities at the club house.

For summer visitors, there is a children's pool, four tennis courts, volleyball courts, and picnic area. Downtown Park City is two and a half miles south with shopping, 80+ restaurants, concerts, and cultural activities (Sundance Film Festival). Kimball Junction's Outlet Stores are located three miles north. Deer Creek, Echo, and Jordanelle Reservoirs provide boating and fishing. Many beautiful golf courses surround the Park City area.

Utah was proud to host the 2002 Winter Olympics. Two miles to the north is the Utah Olympic Park that hosted Bobsleigh, Luge, Ski Jumping, and Nordic combined competitions. The UOP is open daily and the tours are well worth the time.

Why the Owner Chose Red Pine

Park City is simply magical. The lifestyle is very low key and everyone is friendly. Proximity from SLC International Airport is a real plus. Book an early flight in and you can get some skiing in the day you arrive.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

The views. Regardless of the season, watching the sun set over the mountains is one of the most relaxing things you can do from the balcony. You can see The Canyons ski area from our condo and it's fun at the end of the day to use the binoculars to look at where you have been skiing!
