Deluxe Gulf-Front Condominium. Totally remodeled and redesigned to create the ultimate beach get-away. Stunningly decorated in beautiful corals with mirror walls to reflect the breathtaking view of the clear, blue water and soft white sand Panama City Beach is famous for. Windows surround the living/dining area and everywhere you look, the gulf is right in front of you.
This is the perfect complex for a relaxing family vacation or romantic get-away. There are three pools at the complex (one heated), grilling area with picnic tables, and tennis courts. Close to many world famous eateries like Pineapple Willie's as well as the great restaurants the locals know to be the best. Signal Hill Golf Course is directly across the street if you feel like knocking off 18 holes before you log some time at the beach.
Our units are stocked with cookware, bakeware, utensils, bath towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, bring your beachtowel and chair and you'll be set for fun in the sun.
We're situated in the heart of Panama City Beach next to Pineapplie Willie's, and within walking distance of Spinnaker's and Club LaVela. After spending more the 10 years of vacations in PCB, we definitely know what's good. Try Ruthie T's, Dusty's, Hamilton's, Captain Anderson's, and make sure to spending an evening or two at Schooners!
The Condominiums are on the ninth floor. The privacy you will have on the balcony lends itself to relaxing mornings drinking coffee or calm nights of watching the waves come in under starlit skies. The unit looks straight at the Gulf... Nothing to block your view... And sometimes you can see all the way to the jetties!

We also have a first floor efficiency at Top of the Gulf which is newly remodeled and features new furniture and gulf views. If both units are booked during the time you're requesting, we're more than happy to check our other unit for you.

My husband and I "planned" an impromptu weekend to PCB in July. With only two days to find a condo, I went to VRBO. I have stayed at the Sunbird previously and knew it was a nice place in a great location. However, this rental went far beyond my expectations. The icing on the cake is that my husband was impressed also. Thanks to Brad & Kathy for being easy and willing to work with renters that wait til the last minute!! We will definitely be back!!

My boyfriend and I had a great time while staying at The Sunbird! My parents stayed in another room and unlike a hotel, the rooms are big enough that we could hang out together before we went our for the night and play cards in the living room area. With the exotic decor it was nice to feel like we were on vacation in and outside of the condo. And you can always find a chair at one of their 3 pools. We will be going back next year for sure.

We stayed last fall with my sister-in-law and her husband. They had the bedroom and said the bedroom was noisy and the bed not very comfortable. The hide-a-bed you could see the mattress support bars thru so we moved the matteress to the floor, That did not work either. My wife and I ended up going to walmart to buy an air matteress. I probably would even refuse a free night unless the bedding has been replaced.
Owner response:We believe they have written this on the wrong listing. Our 2010 rental records indicate our renter in 901 east for those days was from Bowling Green, KY. And we did not have a renter in 907 west for those days.

We arrived just before Spring Break and we so glad we found this unit. It fit our budget and it was beautiful, clean and cared for. Loved being able to walk to Pineapple willie's too.

We were not very happy the day we got there. The condo was not cleaned, the bed had not been made and dirty towels were in the tub condo very dirty !!!!! We will not stay again, we wanted to leave but had paid.

I could not believe it when we arrived!!! At these rates I was concerned we would be disappointed... Wow, not the case. The condo was absolutley perfect, and at these rates we will be able to go to Panama 3 times a year rather than once. The only problem with these condo's is finding an open date on late notice. We found out, if your dates are available GRAB IT! Also, the owners are great to work with. Jean and Dave

Just returned form a weeklong stay. Condo was great. Very clean, great gulfview location. Right next door to Pineapple Willies's and close to many other resdtaurants and attractions. Only negative is no hot tub on site but the Boardwalk is right down the beach and you are able to use it if you stay at the Sunbird. Can't wait to stay again. Great price....total with all taxes and fees was still less than $00 a night. Can't beat that!!! Bottom line is great location, nice condo, great price!!!

This is a beautiful unit! The complex is very family oriented and quiet. The location is great! It had all the comforts of home. The owners have done a beautiful job of decorating. I highly recommend renting this unit. You'll love it!
