Steps to the Beach and Boardwalk (no streets to cross) our beach/boardwalk townhouse on 24th Avenue was profesionally deocrated and offers an ocean view, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on three floors and is only steps to the beach (no streets to cross) and Morey’s Surfside Pier (offering kiddie rides, roller coasters, go-karts, log ride, Ocean Oasis Water Park, and more!), with a great room offering a 43" Plasma HDTV, Bose surround sound, seating for 17, private garage parking for 2.5 cars, two private decks, private enclosed outdoor shower and courtyard for grilling.
The townhouse ground floor features a private 2.5 car garage, private storage area for all of your beach gear, outside shower, and a grand two story foyer.
The main floor will be where you do most of your gathering. The large living area (with queen sleeper sofa), powder room, gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar with five bar stools for those unexpected guests, and spacious dining room provide all of the comforts of home. The main floor also includes the luxurious "mini-suite" with a queen bed and private balcony.
Additionally, the upper floor holds the remainder of the bedrooms. The master suite has a queen bed and its own private bath with a Jacuzzi tub/shower, dressing room, walk in closet, and private deck with an Ocean view. The other two bedrooms have large closets and share the hallway bathroom. One bedroom has two bunk beds (four single beds) and the other bedroom has one bunk bed (a single bed over a full sized bed).
The upper floor also has a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
During the day, walk a mere half block to the beach (no streets to cross) where you will enjoy the Wildwood's "free beaches," beach tags are not required. The townhouse is close enough to run home when you forget something. The Wildwood's beaches are award winning beaches where you may even see a passing dolphin while you are sunbathing or enjoying the ocean.
On the bay side of 24th Avenue you will find a wonderful park featuring basketball and tennis courts, a playground, and a skate park. Near the park is a supermarket, drug store, and bagel shop, among other stores.
In the evening, head to the boardwalk to enjoy your favorite rides and games, or even just a ride on the tram car. You will enter the boardwalk near ice cream and pizza stores and the 25th street pier, which features a log ride, go karts, kiddie rides, roller coasters and many new attractions this year.
Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD or VCR. The living area has a 43 inch plasma TV that provides access to your favorite HDTV programming, including HBO. For your audio pleasure, you can listen to CD's, AM/FM, DVD's and TV through a Bose surround sound system that will make you feel as if you are sitting at a baseball game or at the movie theatre.
High speed wireless internet access is provided. All you will need to bring is your wireless capable laptop and technical support, if necessary.

We spent a week in this place just before Memorial Day and it is just beautiful...The kitchen is fully equipped...just like home... The place is so roomy and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer right there was a blessing! The family already wants to come back next year so I can see this will be a yearly adventure for us. The boardwalk and beach are just steps away, just up a ramp and you are there. There are steps to the beach right where you enter the which is so conveinent. There is even a cart on wheels in the garage to haul all the stuff to and from the beach...boogie boards too. The outside shower was awesome too. Everytime we came from the beach we entered through the garage and showered off or rinsed off our feel. It was so nice as we could keep the condo free from all the sand. We put a towel in the foyer and just put all the shoes on it if we were coming in the front door. This place is just beautiful. The owners are awesome and great communication. They have someone there that we met who looks after the place for him. Her name is Christine and so friendly and helpful with the area. There is a nice grocery store/CVS/Dollar General nearby and great prices too. We just can't say ehough good about our experience....We'll be a regular vacationer from years and years....Thanks Max...Peggy Wagner and family
