With 4,000+ square feet of beautifully furnished living space, this exquisite house, with full-size outdoor swimming pool and heated spa tub, is located only a short walk from the beach and nearby golf, tennis, and lagoon activities and offers sleeping accommodations for up to 16 people.
The spacious first floor great room area features a large TV, DVD/VCR, and luxurious leather seating. You’re on vacation so go ahead and relax; but for the gourmet cook in the group, the sleek kitchen is complete with state of the art appliances, everything you need and an eat-in bar area with seating for 6. DSL service is available should you want to surf the web or check your e-mail. The adjacent dining room, with seating for 8 persons, overlooks the fabulous pool area. There is also a nearby screened-in porch with additional table seating for 4 and still more seating by the pool.
The 1st floor master suite features a king bed, TV, and private bath with garden tub and separate shower. An outside door leads to the expansive back deck. A second bedroom on the 1st floor features twin beds, TV and has its own private bath.
The second floor has 3 large bedrooms. There is a second master bedroom suite furnished with king bed, TV, private bath, and also has an outside door leading to a private balcony overlooking the front of the home. Another bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and door leading to a balcony at the back of the home. A third upstairs bedroom includes 2 double beds, and shares a bath with the den. The den furnishings include a TV and 2 full-size opening couches, offering additional sleeping accommodations for up to 4 persons, if needed.
Outdoors, you will find a beautiful deck, gas grill, lounge chairs, table & chairs, a heated spa, and large swimming pool. The swimming pool may also be heated, at extra charge.

This home is beautiful and spacious - plenty of room to relax and entertain. The kitchen is awesome. Bedrooms and bathrooms are HUGE - there was more than enough space to accommodate everyone. We loved the private and quiet location - sitting by the pool surrounded by the lovely trees made you feel like you were in a serene oasis. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants to be pampered like royalty on a HIlton Head vacation!

We stayed at this home for one week in August 2011. We had 6 people staying at the house. It could fit more people for sure. The house has 5 large bedrooms each with its own bath. The house is nicer than the pictures show and is well manintained. The owner had also purchased a professional quality outdoor grill the week before we arrived. We used it several times including a night when we invited some friends over who were also vacationing in the area. They were shocked at how nice the house was compared to the house they had rented. The owner is also very reasonable to deal with !! You will be pleased with this property !!

We had 15 people in this house for an 80th birthday celebration and it was wonderful! The house is very modern and up to date. The accommodations were perfect! We enjoyed the pool and all the various decks! Great location and awesome for a large family reunion. I highly recommend this house!

I have a difficult time believing that poor review was even the same house! Our family has vacationed together for the last five years, and this was the cleanest, most spacious home we have stayed at yet. We are returning to this home again this year, because it was so nice the last time we were there. The pool was a great size for all of our kids, the rooms were more than large enough, every appliance worked fine, and it was beautifully decorated. The poor review also said the walk to the beach was too long, but we walked it with young kids (6 and under), and it was as short as the owner promised. The beach was nice and the sand was clean, and there is a Super Walmart and Costco/Sam's Club nearby. Thanks, Jay, for a great vacation spot.

We stayed in this home last year during our Spring vacation and we had such a great time we are returning again this year. The kitchen was large enough for all of us to hang out in which is unusual for a family as large as ours. It is very spacious and open. The entire property was very clean except for the deck and around the pool which was mostly just leaves from the trees. We are very picky about cleanliness and this home was definately up to our standards. We did have some trouble with the pool, but when we called we were given instructions over the phone and the problem was quickly resolved. We spent a lot of time in the pool, but we also went to the beach almost every day. It isn't far to walk, but we usually just piled into our van and drove (less than 5 minutes) There is a nice big parking lot very close by so parking is never a problem. We have stayed in several condos in the past and this is the first place we have liked enough to return to a second year. The owner was very helpful and I would definately recommend this property to friends and family. We had a great time!

our family has rented homes in hhi for several years and never felt anything but fabulous about our experience until this stay. i would suggest this property have a serious renovation and cleaning before it is allowed to be rented again!! i also would also think the rental company would drop this property after the numerous calls we made for broken toilets, mold, wasp and roach citings, broken tv, peeling paint, filthy funriture and the biggest dissappointment the pool! you cannot expect people on vacation from the midwest to not want to make use of a pool when the motor and heater are broken, the concrete is dangerously cracked all around and the two pieces of furniture are plastic walmart loungers covered in moss and mold!!!! i would not recommend this property to my worst enemy. lastly, we were told by the owner that this property was very close to the beach, they used the words 10 minute walk... i don't think the owner has ever stayed at this dump, let alone "walked" to the beach. we asked them to move us or refund our money and there was nothing available that our group could move to and have yet to hear back from the "dr" who owns this property. it would be safe to say that we would not recommend this to anyone.

This property was as listed and more! Plenty of room for a crowd and still maintain individual privacy. Well maintained; clean; wonderful pool; accommodating owner; couldn't ask for more.
