We get a beach that is beautiful and where things like turtles are protected and respected and we also get a fabulous town with history and charm.
We live far away and needed a place that is managed beautifully.

a lot of amenities - wifi with a computer and printer in the unit. bikes, a library of cds,dvds, and all the beach equipmnent. double beds in the second bedroom. We need it fabulous of ourselves when we are there so this is passed on to our renters.

easy access to olde st augustine right from AIA and our condo. less than five miles.
For those loving to bike and walk go left from condo and you have a perfect 3 mile walk to the condo.

Peter and I live in Minnesota and cherish the time we get to spend in St. Augustine. We searched for several years for a waterfront property and when we found St. Augustine we didn't need to search any longer. We found a property that is beach front and a fabulous city with history and charm for all types of activities.. We love the respect for ecology in this area and love the fact that we can do almost any kind of activity on the hard sand. Biking and walking are two of our favorite pass times.
Little St. Augustine with it's cobblestone streets charmed me immediately. It's a fabulous place and we share it with others when we can't get down to our little piece of heaven. Lynn

This was the first vacation that my boyfriend and I took together and we couldn't have picked a better place! The condo was beautiful and in such a GREAT location! You're not too close to where all the traffic is and it's only a short drive to cross the Bridge of Lions into the actual old city of St. Augustine. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and Lynn has been such a sweetheart. Everyone here at the Anastasia Condos were so friendly and never hesitated to to answer a question if we had one. It's the best vacation my boyfriend and myself have ever had. I'm originally from south Florida and I have never in my life been to a beach as beautiful as the one just a short walk from the condo. The sand is super soft and oh so clean! You walk right out into the water and the ocean floor is as smooth as the sand on the beach. It was so nice that Lynn has beach chairs and umbrellas for your use during your stay; which is such a great treat!! If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet, clean beach with a fully equipped and comfortable condo then St. Augustine is the place for you and Lynn's condo is the perfect fit! We will definitely be back and are looking at booking already for next summer! Candace and John

This is the perfect place for a get away. There are all the features of home including a wonderfully equipped kitchen for when you want to fix a meal and stay in. The view from the balcony is lovely and you can't beat the beach. St. Augustine is a charming place to explore, and there are great restaurants and bars is the area. I highly recommend staying at Heavens Corner! I can't wait to return there for another stay.

Wonderful condo and totally spectacular view of the Atlantic from the balcony. Perfect place for a "girl's weekend". Started the day drinking coffee on the balcony & ended it with wine on the balcony. The hightop table on the balcony offers those great views while sitting, relaxing & enjoying time with your friends. So much room in the condo and detail to comfort everywhere (and the computer was great to have). Short drive to St. Augustine and really close to fun beach restaurants & Publix. Easy access to the beach, beautiful pool and really nice people all around the complex. I would return to Heavens Corner every chance I had. Cannot think of a thing it was missing!

Not my first time to this condo or my last. It's gorgeous with all the "toys" and comforts of home but you get the beach and Olde St Augustine as well. Loved riding on the beach with bikes and catching the dolphins swimming. condo is fabulous.

This is a lovely apartment with a spectacular view of the ocean. My wife and I spent one week at the residence, basking under the sun along the beach. If you’re looking for home away-from-home – look no further. Heaven’s Corner is a perfect, homey get-away.

Imagine all the comforts of home in the lovliest setting you can imagine. This condo has excellent beach access. We saw dolphins every morning, and my runs on the beach were spectacular. I loved it.
