Casa del Chaman is situated in a very convenient location (no car necessary) in a secure, peaceful and private community in Manuel Antonio area. It is slightly off the beaten path, but only a five minute walk to the public bus, taxis, shops, internet access and a variety of nice restaurants. From the upper balcony you can watch and photograph Titi Monkeys which will come right to the balcony for close viewing. You will also see and hear a variety of birds, including parrots and toucans. In a quick five to ten minutes in the public bus or a car you can either be at the beach or in the bustling little market town of Quepos.
This is a charming, newly-constructed, fully-furnished, two-story home with 2 separate units that offers you a choice between a fully-equipped, Deluxe apartment or a spacious and more economical Efficiency apartment, both with AC and pool access.
You can reserve the entire house and have both the Deluxe and Efficiency units and their private living areas OR just the upper Deluxe unit or just the lower Efficiency unit. It is very accommodating for singles and or couples but is just perfect for 2 couples or for a family traveling with children or their parents wanting their own separate space.
The upper Deluxe apartment is one bedroom/one bath with king size bed, full kitchen, phone, cable TV, large porch with rockers and jungle view, washer/dryer and other unique features that enhances this already tranquil, tropical atmosphere to totally relax and comfort you. (Sleeps two to four). The lower Efficiency apartment is roomy, with full size bed, small fridge, microwave, cable TV, phone, kitchen supplies, table and chairs, tiled outdoor patio, and a large luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi and shower. (Sleeps two).
The Deluxe is set up best for those wanting to do most of their own cooking while the Efficiency is best for those prefering to eat out more. Towels, linens, beach towels and hand soaps are available in both units.
