Aloha and Mahalo! We'd like to welcome you to Maui Banyan H-308, a spacious 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom, tastefully furnished vacation rental condominium with private lanai and a sweeping ocean view.
We continually upgrade our ocean-view condo to keep it fresh, contemporary, and full of all of the comfort and conveniences our guests desire. Recent improvements include fresh paint, new artwork, updated window coverings, new lamps in the living room and bedroom, and refinished ceilings. Amenities include flat-screen TV with cable and HBO, VCR/DVD, cordless phones, CD player, washer/dryer, A/C, and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances and utensils you need to cook at "home" - including new dishwasher, range/stove, and microwave. Wireless internet is complimentary in the condo and throughout the property. Bedding, bath towels, and beach accessories (beach towels, chairs, mats, coolers, etc.) are provided.
Enjoy the luxury of 2 full bathrooms, with a combination tub/shower in the master bath. The bedroom has a queen bed with brand new bedding, and the living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, with a brand new mattress that was upgraded in June 2011. Both rooms open onto the lanai, which runs the length of the unit - a perfect place to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a cocktail.
The Maui Banyan's eight acres of manicured grounds include two swimming pool areas, each with a hot tub and several gas BBQ grills. Tennis courts are also available. In the lobby, there are computers available for internet/printing - and boarding pass printing is complimentary.

Our condo is located on the third floor of the H building in the Maui Banyan complex, on the north-facing (cooler) side. This centrally located building is convenient to the front desk, the lower pool and grill area, and the parking structure. Most importantly, it is just a short walk from the beach.

This our third stay in Maui, second in this unit. Cna'wait to get back in Nov. for at least 3 weeks I have no idea waht the person who rated it 4 is looking for - this unit is awesome!!!!!

We stayed for 12 days to celebrate my 50th birthday, and had an absolutely wonderful time. We could not have asked for a better experience. The condo is sunny and inviting and has everything you need. There is a great beach right across the street and other beaches and many restaurants within walking distance. We also cooked in the condo and grilled by the pool at Maui Banyan. You don't really need a car, but we had one, and Maui Banyan is in a great location to base yourself, for exploring the island. We visited a resort for an activity, and thought it was nice, but think staying at a condo gives you a much more personal and intimate feeling for the island. Julie and Anthony's place gave us everything and more. We can't wait to go back and will certainly stay in their condo at Maui Banyan.

This is our second time at Maui Banyan, first at this unit and we loved it! Talk about fully equipped - everything you need is in this unit and all first class. The cookware is superb, beach supplies beyond expectation, even internet access. The unit is bright, clean, quiet and relaxing. Of course, there is the beach within a two minute walk. Great value for a superb vacation.

My husband & I spent two wonderful weeks at Julie & Anthony's condo, we could not ask for a better place to spend our time in Maui. All the extra's are more than one could ask for. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. We have found it to be a comfortable home away from home. The kitchen is very well outfitted. We appreciated the coffee grinder, containers for leftovers, everything needed for a picnic, beach chairs & towels, good wine glasses and cutlery and hair dryer too. The computer has been so handy. We'll come back next vacation here, if it's available.

We had a wonderful two-week family vacation here with our one-year-old daughter, and this condo was perfect for our stay! The bed was so firm & comfy, the kitchen nicely stocked and we truly appreciated the extras for our daughter - the booster seat especially! This place was the perfect distance to everything, but also a beautiful place to come back to. Anthony, we love your photos! Next time we plan a trip to Maui, we'll be contacting you for sure!

My husband and I travelled to Maui in April 2009. I was very impressed initially when the owner of this condo contacted me so quickly by phone and then by email to answer any questions I had about the condo or the area. We arrived at the condo very late due to our plane's arrival time (after midnight). We were given specific directions on how to reach security via a courtesy phone and had the keys in our hands within minutes of arriving. The condo met and exceeded all our expectations. It was clean and well kept. It included items that we made excellent use of such as beach mats, sand toys, beach chairs, a cooler, Maui travel book, and a Mac computer! Plus we made use of items that we didn't expect to be there but were very happy to see (plastic containers for food storage, bag clips, etc.)...just simple items that come in handy when you are away from home! The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen items. Definitely a plus!! Having two bathrooms (even for just the two of us) and in-suite laundry were huge bonuses for us. There is a front desk in the complex which has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. If we return to Maui, we will definitely stay in this condo again. I will also be recommending it to anyone else I know traveling to Maui. It would be good for couples of any age (we are in our late 20's), or those with just one or two children.
