This was a fantastic home away from home. It really had all the comforts, you need on a daily basis. I can't believe the selection of eating utensils and serving dishes. HEB was a bit far for my comfort (we shopped everyday based on our cravings), but still close enough. Overall, the house was fantastic, location perfect, and the bikes, a nice bit of exercise. What I liked most was we were able to cook most of our meals, since the few restaurants we visited were expensive, yet unappetizing. On the rainey days, it was nice to have the large dining table to play board/card games with 5 adults. Great place. Great fun. Thanks.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Once again we have enjoyed our stay at the SPIVilla. This is our 4th time to stay here and we have already reserved it for spring break 2007. Suzie and Edi, you have a beautiful beachfront townhome. Kitchen is wonderful, love having the washer and dryer and the grill. The pool is a wonderful addition to the whole experience, and of course the beach is just outside the back porch. Thanks again. Immaculately kept home shows pride of ownership. Tastefully decorated with netural colors. Your garage is full of toys and bikes and all the fun things for all ages on a vacation. Located directly on the beach and just steps to the ocean. And the wonderful sea breeze that blows all the time! Never had a bad meal while eating out and your IGA Grocery store had it all and prices were reasonable. Gas was cheaper on the island than in AZ! We're spoiled and look forward to returning to your home.

This property is beautifully furnished and comfortable. It sits directly on the beach and has a private pool off the back deck. It is spotless. The owners are committed to ensuring their guests have an enjoyable, relaxing stay. The garage has lots of beach toys, bikes, etc. the guests are welcome to use. We definitely will stay there again.
