Large covered deck and lot with shade trees offers a nice breeze most all summer. Cottage is furnished with one queen bed in master bedroom and double beds in two bedrooms. This cottage is located on a dead end street therefore it is ideal for smaller children to enjoy bikes and playing outside with limited traffic. Renters are responsible for cleaning the cottage before departure.

1/2 due at reservation, the remaining 1/2 due two weeks prior to arrival.
A $50 refundable security deposit is required. If cottage is left
clean this $50 will be refunded within the week you depart.
Cash, personal check or money order are acceptable.
