Rustic camps on the Queen of American Lakes. Located on the East Side of Lake George at the end of a dead end road, very quiet and private setting. Largest camp located directly on the water and the second smaller camp directly behind with a lake/beach view. Large camp has already been rented from Memorial Day to Labor Day for the entire season, but off season vacancies available. (Off season prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day)
Smaller camp has two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, common living/dining room, screened porch, and dock to accomodate a 21' boat. Small camp is available for the entire season (Memorial Day Weekend 5/22/10 to Labor Day Weekend 9/6/10) $10,000 for camp, $3,000 for dockage if needed. Week by week (Saturday to Saturday)off season rates are $800.00 @ week for the small camp, (Dockage included in off season weekly rate)
Large camp has three bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room, enclosed porch as well as a screened in porch, and dock to accomodate a 30' boat. Large camp is available week by week (Saturday to Saturday) $1,000.00 @ week off season. (Dockage included in off season weekly rate)
