About the owner: I'm a lifelong Louisville resident. I recently purchased and moved in to the condo upstairs from this unit. I work in the banking industry and also dabble in the music business.
Why the Owner Chose Louisville: I was looking to downsize my living space and was attracted to this area because the NULU business district (2 blocks away) has many locally owned restaurants, boutiques, attractions, coffee shops, etc. The area has a lot of energy.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: The stained glass window in the lower unit grabbed my attention the first time I drove up to the property. During the renovation we used as much of the original structure and other materials as possible in order to protect the historical value.
