Accommodations:  Condominium, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 5)

Located directly on the beach, ground floor unit with the beach right outside of your sliding glass doors.

Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your private patio and the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green water.

The unit has a completely stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The living room and bedroom have a television and DVD/VCR players.The bedroom has a queen bed with a 1/2 bath.The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and a twin sofa sleeper. A full bath is located in the hall.

There is a pool with lounge chairs and tables. BBQ and picnic areas are located near the pool. A private BBQ pit is also provided on our patio. Chair and Umbrella beach sevice is inlcuded.

There are a lot of shops, restaurants, night life, water parks close by. Fishing is available by boat charter, fishing pier (only two miles away) and on the beach. The outlet mall in Destin is just a short drive away. You can enjoy lots of activities or just relax on the beautiful beaches.

3 day minimum, a week is from Saturday to Saturday. $200 refundable deposit.

Cleaning fee and beach chair service included in price.

Must be 25 years or older to rent. No Pets allowed

  • Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the use of our condo. I especially enjoyed the beach service, with a 2 year old we have lot of toys, and it was nice not to have to carry our chairs and umbrella. My husband who loves the beach, has brain cancer.. It was great not to think about chemo, and dr.'s appointment for a few days. Thanks again for sharing your home with us... Can't wait til next year.

  • Wow!! What a beautiful condo. Kathy and I really enjoyed our stay--didn't want to go back to work. We love the Gulf Coast beaches. Best part of our trip, the ease w/which Stephanie & Arthur worked with us on such short notice. Made me feel as though I was back home in New Orleans,i.e., "I've known them my entire life." My time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life was great and refreshing! Everything was perfect as far as the convience of dining out and shopping which was one of my main goals for my trip. I came by myself this time, but I will be back with my family and that I am excited about!

  • This was our second visit to this condo. We love it and will return again. As I said previously, the convenience of it is the best part. If the beach is your main focus, this place is great because you can hop in between the house and the beach with ease all day. The little boardwalk is right outside your door. It is also fun to view the stars at night from the boardwalk. We are always sad when we leave there.

  • I LOVE YOUR PLACE!!!! The perfect place to rejuvenate your soul. The location is unbelievable, walk from your kitchen to the beach. The condo is decorated with style and is cozy and comfortable.
