The family made the trip to this condo in August of 2008 and had a great time. Even with the prospect of Tropical Storm Fay making landfall around us when we first arrived, the weather stayed perfect for us the entire week. The condo is everything you could ask for. Easy access to the beach, and we all know how great that is with kids. The building itself had a community feel, as we made friends with some of the other occupants through the week. This is hands down the best value condo on the coast. Everything is so close to your location, but you are far enough away from the tourist stops to have some nice quiet time. My 2 year old had the time of his life. When he wanted to still play in the water, but was tired of the sand....the pool was a welcome site. I will definately be calling Stephanie again when we had to the coast for vacation time.

Well, i dont know where to start but I'll try. Beautiful beaches and water with a great welcoming condo with all amenities you could hope to have during a beach vacation. I have been so relaxed after my time on the beach that i'm already making plans to go back. The Delaune's were the greatest host and you can easily tell they love their condo and enjoy having others share in this special place. I cant thank them enough for the great time I had there earlier this month. WOW!!!!!

We had a great time! Quiet condo. Perfect ground floor location. Fit our family of 5 easily. Pull out beds were comfy, really. Great customer service. Had an incident with a shower head and within minutes a maintenance guy was there fixing it. WOW. We would definitely stay here again. Great for fishing. We caught Pompano, a drum fish, a red fish, sting ray, a little shark, a puffer fish, whiting right on the shore! Wish the pool were heated. I am a gal who likes a really warm pool. Our five year old didn't mind. Perfect place!

When can I go again!!!! This condo's layout and location is the best getaway for someone trying to step out of the way of life and enjoy some great beach relaxation time. All of the convenices of home plus the most beautiful beach right out of your sliding doors, no stairs or elevators needed!!!!! Just walk and there you are!!!! Thank you for all that you do to keep this place looking so beautiful. I felt right at home.

All the ingredients needed for a relaxing vacation

A BIG thanks to the Delaune Family for sharing their beach house with us! First, you can't beat a parking spot right in front, no stairs, and direct access to the beach. With 2 small children (ages 3 & 1 1/2), that kind of convenience is priceless. Second, the condo was furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our week away from home. The only thing missing was a crib, but Stephanie was gracious enough to help ensure the delivery. (We rented one from Coastal Crib Rental and highly recommend that company.) Another great perk was the inclusion of the beach chairs and umbrella. It saved us a LOT of hassle of lugging those, along with our towels, beach toys, cameras, ice chest, etc. And when we tired of the sand, we just went straight to the pool. To mention another great feature, the bbq pit was also enjoyed immensely. It was nice sitting on the patio, bbqing and watching the kids play in the sand/water rinse area. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Our family had a great time at your place! It looked just like in the photos on the website...had everything we needed. The beach decor was wonderful. We let the kids have the master bedroom so they wouldn't sneak outside in the morning (through the patio doors)...my hubby and I slept on the sleeper/sofa...it was a little uncomfortable...this was our only negative. We would definetly stay here again though. Stephanie was really kind and professional with us. We would recommend the condo to everyone!!

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the use of our condo. I especially enjoyed the beach service, with a 2 year old we have lot of toys, and it was nice not to have to carry our chairs and umbrella. My husband who loves the beach, has brain cancer.. It was great not to think about chemo, and dr.'s appointment for a few days. Thanks again for sharing your home with us... Can't wait til next year.

Wow!! What a beautiful condo. Kathy and I really enjoyed our stay--didn't want to go back to work. We love the Gulf Coast beaches. Best part of our trip, the ease w/which Stephanie & Arthur worked with us on such short notice. Made me feel as though I was back home in New Orleans,i.e., "I've known them my entire life."
