This condo is located in a very well designed newer building with great amenities. Our unit, #403, is on the fourth floor, you can barely hear the waves crashing on the white sand beach below when the large sliding glass doors to the balcony from the living room and Master suite are closed. Units have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and spectacular Gulf views. The custom cabinetry in our kitchens is accented with fine granite countertops. The foyers, kitchens, bathrooms, breakfast, dining, and living areas and laundry room are tiled, and each unit is equipped with upgraded appliances and two separate owner's storage closets. Nine-foot ceilings enhance the ocean views from the living/dining areas as well as from the master bedrooms. These rooms also open onto oversized Gulf-front terraces.
Unit is 1029 square feet with additional over-sized terraces. This unit has a 196-square-foot terrace with a white bar-height patio dining set for unobstructed views of the beach below. From back in the kitchen, it looks like you are at sea--you can only see the Gulf.
The ground level of the condominium has an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a magnificent whirlpool waterfall feature. This level also has a covered entry and some covered parking, a barbeque area, and a boardwalk that leads to the beach. On the lobby level you’ll find an exercise room and game room that overlook the indoor pool below. The front desk, business center, mailboxes, sauna, exercise room, game room, meeting room, and sun terrace are on this level.
This is a truly terrific complex and we have tried to make our condo equally terrific--as it is our second home. We want our guests to feel that way about it, as well. WELCOME TO THE BEACH!

This condo is fantastic! It is very clean, stylish, and comfortable. We enjoyed our week tremendously. We liked the higher chairs on the balcony, so we could enjoy a better view of the Gulf without the obstruction of the railing. The balcony furniture was all updated. All equipment in the workout room was in working order and the hot tub and sauna were very relaxing and clean. The location is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. The only negative was that the week ended too quickly! We'll definitely consider renting this condo again and hopefully for longer than a week! We highly recommend this condo.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

After twenty-five years my wife and I were able to have a vacation sans children or parents. The pictures do not do the condo justice as they cannot reveal the ambience and comfort of the facility. We were very well pleased with the comfort of the beds. The balcony is also a big plus as it offers a panaromic view of the beach and spans the entire width of the condo. The location of the condo puts it close to grocery stores and restaurants. There are also nearby shops and stores selling various and sundry beach apparel, souvenirs and fishing supplies. We highly recommend this condo.

We planned a last minute vacation to Gulf Shores and owners were very accomodating. The condo is nicely decorated and you feel like you are at home from the minute you walk in. The unit is very spacious, but we found ourselves on the balcony alot to take in the view. We saw dolphins the first day which was very cool. This was our first visit to the area, but if we return will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the condo from July 17 through July 22, 2010. Great location and exactly as pictured and described. The weather was perfect and all the oil was cleared from the beach! We especially liked the high chairs and table on the balcony. We spent a lot of our time sitting out there enjoying the beach and ocean. The owner was great and answered all our questions and corresponded with us promptly. We would recommend it to anyone that wants a great place to stay on the beach!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo is such a nice place to stay. When you walk in, there is a FULL SIZE washer and dryer to your left. Thereafter, you walk into a full kitchen with granite counter tops, a dishwasher, large microwave, and modern appliances. The ice maker in the fridge works great, we used it to fill our coolers for the beach. The bedrooms each have flat screen tvs, their adjoining bathrooms are large, and the mattresses on the beds are comfy. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat. Off the living room is the balcony where you get a full frontal view of the ocean. This unit was very clean and decorated to feel like home. The facility has a indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout room. The elevator is very close to the unit, so no long walks to get to the beach or facilites. Within a few minutes of our arrival, the owners called to make sure that we found everything in good order and were pleased with the condo. They also, on their own, offered to refund money should oil ruin our visit. It didn't. I was amazed by the work going on in the gulf. There were multiple boats skimming the ocean and daily crews and machinery to make sure the beach was clean. While staying in the gulf, we enjoyed a place called the Hang Out that was just down the road from the condo. They had a restaurant that was so so, but the nightly entertainment was fun. The outlet mall in Foley is the best that I've ever shopped. We had a great time on the gulf and a very comfortable stay in this condo. When I visit the gulf again, and I will, I will see if this condo is available. .

Our family of four stayed here and had a really good time. Plenty of parking, close to the beach, convenient to grocery store, shopping, restaurants, etc. This unit has very nice furnishings and is very clean. Really we couldn't have asked for anything more. I am looking forward to staying here again!

Found this property by searching VBRO. Would recommend HIGHLY. Excellent view, close to all kinds of amenities. Excellent for walking/biking or just hanging out by the ocean. Stayed within a 10 mile radius for everything we did (amusement park, zoo, pier, ocean, walking, biking) and ate. There are even places to rent bikes, grocery stores, movie theater, etc. Location is great - views, proximity to shopping, etc and no noise!! Comfortably slept our family of four. Didn't realize the couch was a sofa bed too!! Having a condo allowed us to have breakfast/snacks at home and eat out for lunch/dinner. There are common grills located downstairs too. Covered parking - lots of spots. They even have carts for you to bring your belongings up and down from the car - what a nicety!! The Foret's (owners) are super friendly and helpful, even called to check on us after we arrived to be sure we found everything ok. Can't believe we're homeward bound tomorrow already! Comfortable as home.
