Ocean View! Beautifully remodeded one bedroom two bath unit on the first floor of the Haleiwa Surf. Just walk out the sliding glass door and across to the lawn to a nice peaceful swimming beach. Or you can sit on the open lanai, relax, and watch the sunset in the distance. Futon sleeper in the living room and a queen size bed in the master bedroom.
The Haleiwa Surf is close to the harbor, restaurants, and shops in Historic Haleiwa Town. Great location to access the beaches from Keana Point to Kahuku! Nicely maintained building with coin operated washer/dryers. Long term rentals welcome.

WE INQUIRED ABOUT ANOTHER CONDO THAT WAS LISTED ON VRBO, BUT THANKFULLY, IT WAS UNAVAILABLE, OTHERWISE, WE WOULD HAVE MISSED OUT ON THIS 1ST FLOOR UNIT. WE WORKED WITH SUSAN, WHO FROM THE BEGINNING WAS WONDERFUL. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT, NEAR A LOT OF STORES AND GREAT RESTAURANTS! WE STAYED FOR A TOTAL OF 12 NIGHTS. THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND VERY WELL EQUIPPED. IT IS EXACTLY AS PICTURED *AND MORE*. NOW WE KNOW, THE NEXT TIME WE VISIT, ALL WE'LL NEED IS CLOTHES AND A FEW GROCERIES, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PROVIDED. HAVING LAWN CHAIRS IN THE BACK PATIO WAS GREAT FOR RELAXING IN THE EVENINGS. BUT THERE ARE ALSO TABLES RIGHT NEXT TO THE BEACH THAT WE MADE USE OF EVERY MORNING DURING BREAKFAST AND EVERY EVENING AT SUNSET. THE NEIGHBORS ARE GREAT, EVERY SUNSET EVERYONE IS OUT THERE ENJOYING A GLASS OF WINE/BEER, GRILLING, LAUGHING AND ENJOYING THEIR COMPANY. THE BUILDING MANAGER WAS ALWAYS AROUND AND VERY HELPFUL. LIGHTS OUT IS AT 930-10, BUT HE WAS ALWAYS KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE US A FEW EXTRA MINUTES BEFORE HE TURNED THE TORCH LIGHTS OFF. THE NEIGHBORS NEVER BOTHERED US, NOR DID THEY MAKE A LOT OF NOISE EITHER. HAVING A LAUNDRY ROOM ONSITE WAS GREAT, BUT IT DOES FILL QUICKLY AS THERE ARE ONLY 4WASHERS AND 4DRYERS. WE WALKED THE BEACHES DAILY AND SAW TURTLES SWIMMING AND LAYING OUT ON THE SAND EVERYDAY. THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS CONDO IS THAT WE NEVER MISSED A DAY OF SWIMMING. WE MISS IT GREATLY AND LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK, FOR SURE!! WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A QUIET AND RELAXING VACATION. A BIG MAHALO TO SUSAN AND ALL THE STAFF WHO MAKE THIS PLACE SO AMAZING AND HELPED MAKE OUR RETURN HOME ONE TO REMEMBER!
