This unit has top quality furnishings from the bedding,linens and furniture to the kitchen appliances, dishes, and silverware. It is only four years old, and is in brand new condition. Make sure to read the guestbook here, you can read for yourself what other renters have said.
The upper recreation area features a lazy river (with a good current so bring a cheap innertube!), a small toddler water park and a basketball court. The perfect family complex!! This complex also has quiet hours from 11pm to 7am to guarantee a quiet night.
This condo is decorated in a tropical theme and is maintained in pristine condition for your enjoyment. It has all the comforts of home... Only you are on vacation!!! Sit on the screened balcony and watch the boats come and go, or lay in the master bed and let the sound of the water hitting the shore lull you into your nap! Wake up in the afternoon and fire up the gas grill. High speed internet is available via dsl cord from behind the living room television.
This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or a nice long stay with a king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a day bed with trundle that can be set up as two single beds. We also have a sofa sleeper for those large groups and a full-sized roll-away bed.We have TV's in all the bedrooms and living room plus a DVD/VCR unit in the living area.If you visit us when it is cool we have a gas firplace to keep you cozy.
Shopping at the mall with 110 outlet stores is only a couple minutes away. Along the way you will notice Highway 54 sprinkled with specialty shops and unique sights. You can golf for two weeks straight and never golf the same course if you want.
We have tried to think of everything that will make your stay as pleasant as possible. With permission, our 12x32 slip is available for your use with stay.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
When my family goes to the lake, we always have one "nice" dinner and my preference is for JB Hooks. Occasionally, we will try other "better" places to eat at the lake. My girls always head to the mall for at least an afternoon of browsing/shopping. Most of the time, however, we are out on the lake or preparing our next cookout. We always spend some of our time at the pool, of course, and even as adults, we enjoy the lazy river and the view that it offers. While some people enjoy being next to the pool, I am glad that we do not own on the other side of the complex. Our location offers a 2 minute walk to the pool, yet is far enough away go enjoy a QUIET main channel view!

Our party of 6 adults/ 3 couples were all so impressed with the wonderful decor and relaxing atmosphere of your condo. As an annual even, we are already figuring on booking this place for next year. We have been trying to find a nice place to book year after year. Well... we may have finally found it! What a nice place!!

Our family could not have asked for a better vacation! This place is awesome. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. Our kids could not stop saying how the lazy river was so cool. I preferred the swimming pool with the spectacular view. Our oldest boy caught a fish right off the dock. (hint) the Happy Fisherman is a great place with great atmosphere... don't order the rock shrimp unless you are craving a salty, salty meal!

This condo #116 is absolutely beautiful and the decor makes one feel so tropical! The view of the lake is awesome. We are so very pleased that we rented this summer weekend getaway and will definitely be back. It's fabulous!
