JUST PACK YOUR BAGS! We will have everything ready for you at the "SUNSETTER!" This home is located in a very desirable quiet community in the NORTHWEST Quad of beautiful, 33 mile long, Lake Gaston.
The spacious open floor plan includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with wet bar and a gas-log fireplace, along with a family room, all with a lovely main lake view. Enjoy the comfortable queen-size bed in the master suite with TV/VCR, large garden tub, separate shower, and twin vanities. The guest room has a double bed, TV/VCR, and a private full bath.
The third bedroom has twin beds, which could be converted into a king, and also has a full bath. The family room has a convertible sofa as well as an additional sofa and loveseat, all there to take in the beautiful and ever-changing views of the lake through two sets of sliding glass doors.
The 30x30 oversized sundeck on the dock is enhanced by tiki torches to enjoy the evening and beautiful sunsets. Bring your boat and/or PWC, we have both lifts! The dock area is truly enhanced by the beautiful natural-rock shoreline and deep water, ensuring you of both A GREAT SWIM, AND GREAT FISHING! A dorm refrigerator is located on the dock for your convenience. If you prefer the shade, you will love the large "treed" deck at the house and its beautifl natural wooded surroundings, while you still can enjoy a lake view!

Off Season (Oct 1-April 29): $ 700/week
Weekends:In Season - $700/weekend
Off Season - $350/weekend
50% of Rent Due at Booking, $350 Security Deposit, $75/50 Cleaning Fee, and
Balance of Rent Due Two Weeks Prior to Arrival. 30 Day Cancellation Policy
Rent Sat-Sat Check in 4 p.m. Check out 11 a.m.
