Welcome to true Colorado living! This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is cozy, spacious and truly inviting. The main floor boasts a large king master with stackable washer/dryer and double vanity/double shower, large bath tub, office/5th bedroom, half bath, living area, large kitchen and informal and formal dining areas. There is also an adults-only workout room on the main floor (off the garage).
The walk-out basement features two king rooms with full private baths, one queen room with a full shared bath, laundry room, family room with full pull-out couch, game area, and state-of-the-art media room.
This house sleeps a maximum of either: 10 adults (4 couples, 2 singles) and up to 2 children, or 8 adults (4 couples) and up to 4 children
Please tell us details about your group when you inquire. We like to know the number of people (how many adult couples, singles and children/ages) and the purpose for your visit. We like to get to know our guests before we book!

Summer bookings require a 5-night minimum with a Sunday or Monday check-in. Tuesday check-ins are okay if staying 5 nights total and checking out Sunday. We are unable to respond to requests that do not meet the minimum night requirement.
Castle Rock is a small community located off I-25, the main north/south Colorado highway. It is half-way between downtown Denver and Colorado Springs. Surrounding communities include Parker, Monument, Sedalia, Elizabeth, Franktown, Centenniel and Highlands Ranch.

Damage Protection: The damage protection fee is a one time fee for your stay. It's non-refundable, but covers for damages up to $1500 that may occur. This in an insurance policy that is required for your stay. We also require a $300 refundable deposit.

We do not guarantee dates until such a time as they are paid for. Property comes in an AS IS condition. If guest(s) are unhappy with the condition of the property for any reason, the owner still reserves the right to retain any and all payments made by guest(s) and will be at the owners discretion to refund any payments made.
Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is strict, we don't allow last minute cancellations. When you purchase the stay through VRBO/Homeaway, they do offer cancellation insurance that you can purchase.
