Sea Haven has spectacular unobstructed views of the beautiful, white sand beaches and natural sand dunes of the Gulf of Mexico and is located in Sea Grass, one of the most prestigious, new, Gulf-front subdivisions on Cape San Blas. Relax by your own private pool after a full day of fun on the beach The beach is just a short walk past our pool and down the boardwalk. You also have access to the subdivision’s community pool and clubhouse. We have many custom features including wood floors, bead board trim, ceramic tile, granite and Corian countertops, and three walk-in tiled showers. We provide wireless DSL internet access. The full-size kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a separate icemaker, and a full selection of gourmet-quality cookware. You will enjoy spectacular sunsets and panoramic views while dining on the deck just off the kitchen. You can fire up the gas grill to savor the fresh seafood available in the are. Our home has three master bedrooms, each with private bath and direct access to our spacious decks and glorious views. You can sit out in our white rockers to enjoy an early morning coffee or to watch the beautiful sunsets. The kids' room has two sets of bunk beds. There is also a fifth bedroom on the ground floor, which is perfect for older kids or grandparents. Each bedroom has its own private bath and satellite TV. The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa. You will find that our home offers you plenty of gathering space, while also providing extra spaces to sneak off to for quiet time. After a full day of fun in the sun, the kids can wind down in the first-floor den watching their own TV with surround sound, or they can compete in a game of ping-pong in our ground-floor, recreation room. The second-floor kitchen opens into the great room, providing a perfect setting for fun family gatherings. If the weather turns cool, our gas fireplace will burn off the chill. We have provided a full library of books, movies, and games for the whole family. Sea Haven is located within a short distance of St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, rated #1 beach in the United States for 2002. In addition to the award-winning beach, this state park also offers nature trails through beautiful natural dunes, fishing on the beach, and an abundance of birds. You may also see dolphins off the shore and small Cape deer on the trails. St. Joseph Bay is ideal for canoeing, kayaking, scalloping, and snorkeling. Nearby stores and outfitting companies can provide the necessary equipment for all types of activities. For shopping, antiques and excellent restaurants, Apalachicola is just 20 minutes away. This sleepy former cotton port is filled with quaint shops, cute little bungalows, and great seafood restaurants. Port St. Joe also provides good shopping and dining, and is just 15 minutes away. Bring your tennis rackets or golf clubs, and try the facilities of St. Joseph Bay Country Club, which is open to the public for a small fee. The country club is located just a few minutes away.
