Three different living areas allows everyone to spread out and do their own thing, from chatting in the bright Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach, reading a book, watching a movie on the big screen TV, to playing a game of ping pong. Not to mention our beautiful private pool, and the gorgeous beach just a short walk away.
Sea Haven has spectacular unobstructed views of the beautiful, white sand beaches and natural sand dunes of the Gulf of Mexico and is located in Sea Grass, one of the most prestigious, new, Gulf-front subdivisions on Cape San Blas.
Relax by your own private pool after a full day of fun on the beach The beach is just a short walk past our pool and down the boardwalk. You also have access to the subdivision’s community pool and clubhouse.
We have many custom features including wood floors, bead board trim, ceramic tile, granite and Corian countertops, and three walk-in tiled showers. We provide wireless DSL internet access. The full-size kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a separate icemaker, and a full selection of gourmet-quality cookware. You will enjoy spectacular sunsets and panoramic views while dining on the deck just off the kitchen. You can fire up the gas grill to savor the fresh seafood available in the are.
Our home has three master bedrooms with King beds, each with private bath that has a double vanity and walk-in shower. Each master has direct access to our spacious decks and glorious views. You can sit out in our colorful Adirondack chairs to enjoy an early morning coffee or to watch the beautiful sunsets.
The kids' room has two sets of bunk beds. There is also a fifth bedroom on the ground floor, which is perfect for older kids or grandparents. Each bedroom has its own private bath and satellite TV. The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa.
You will find that our home offers you plenty of gathering space, while also providing extra spaces to sneak off to for quiet time.
The second-floor kitchen opens into the great room, providing a perfect setting for fun family gatherings. If the weather turns cool, our gas fireplace will burn off the chill. We have provided a full library of books, movies, and games for the whole family.
Sea Haven is located within a short distance of St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, rated #1 beach in the United States for 2002. In addition to the award-winning beach, this state park also offers nature trails through beautiful natural dunes, fishing on the beach, and an abundance of birds. You may also see dolphins off the shore and small Cape deer on the trails. St. Joseph Bay is ideal for canoeing, kayaking, scalloping, and snorkeling. Nearby stores and outfitting companies can provide the necessary equipment for all types of activities.
For shopping, antiques and excellent restaurants, Apalachicola is just 20 minutes away. This sleepy former cotton port is filled with quaint shops, cute little bungalows, and great seafood restaurants. Port St. Joe also provides good shopping and dining, and is just 15 minutes away. Bring your tennis rackets or golf clubs, and try the facilities of St. Joseph Bay Country Club, which is open to the public for a small fee. The country club is located just a few minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose Seagrass
Cape San Blas was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation spot. It has beautiful, white sand beaches and the clear blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, but does not have any crowds or traffic. It is heaven!

We have incredible, panoramic ocean views from our wrap-around decks on the top two levels of our 4,000 square foot house. We love having our own private pool so close to the ocean; we can enjoy being on the beach, then lounge in our pool. So refreshing!

We just got back from a wonderful stay in this home. We were looking for a place where we could get away with our family and have some old-fashioned family fun - Sea Haven and Cape San Blas fit the bill perfectly! The house was very spacious and well decorated. Although the pictures accurately represent the property, we were very surprised when the home exceeded our expectations because it was much prettier in person!! The home was clean, very close to the beach, and in a great location. The outdoor balconies afforded a view of the gulf or the bay. I would defintiely recommend this property, and my family and I will definitely stay at this property again!! The only thing that I would advise is to bring your own paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags....we could not find any at the property. Thank you to the owners and to Coastal Joes for a very smooth, relaxing and wonderful stay!!

We've been going to Cape San Blas for about 6 years, staying in a different house each time. After this trip, there is no need to look any further, the house was perfect, the view was perfect, the stocked kitchen was perfect, the pool was perfect, the entire experience was just perfection.

My family and I spent six glorious days at Sea Haven and we're still talking about the great time we had! We loved your house and were amazed at how much effort you put into truly making it a home away from home. We can't wait to go back again! Everything was perfect... + We had enough room for 9 adults, a teenager and 3 kids. + The location was ideal. + The view was incredible. + The extra touches were completed unexpected - from ziploc bags to boardgames/movies/books to hangers in the closet to everything imagineable in the kitchen to the information book to remote control instructions - wow!

When we arrived at Cape San Blas, we were in awe. The house was gorgeous throughout. The scenery was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. The views were wonderful. The interior colors were so calming and peaceful. There was plenty of room for us, our three girls and their families, and Mom. We had a wonderful time together sharing and making new memories. We always play games and Mom joined in like she was an ole pro. When it was time to go home, she asked if she cried to stay, would we stay longer!!!
