This beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located on the second row from the Atlantic Ocean. There are ocean and canal views from the two large decks on the front and back of the condominium. New carpet, linoleum and paint added in spring of 2005. Brand new AC unit installed in 2006 to keep you cool on those hot summer days. Two new ceiling fans added for the 2007 season. The back deck is now screened in for your enjoyment as well.

There is approximately 900 square feet of living area and it sleeps six comfortably. One queen-size bed and two double beds. Located on the north end of Carolina Beach between the marina and the pier. Unit has central heating and air conditioning, cable TV, telephone, DVD player, and fully-equipped kitchen including microwave oven.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM US IF YOU PLAN ON BRINGING A PET! There are lots of condos at Carolina Beach from which to choose that allow pets.

  • Thanks Ross, we had a great time. It was so nice to be able to walk across the street to the beach. With 4 kids not having to pile in the car covered in sand is a good thing!!!! Enjoyed the Thursday night fireworks from the deck. The only negative was having to go home.

  • It is a lovely condo decorated so cute. The view of the canal is incredible. We sat out there in the morning and watched the boats. We really enjoyed our stay there. Ross is great to deal with so quick to answer emails and calls.
