It was the perfect place ,we had a blast.it was my sons 14 birthday, and he had a great time. the condo was just like being at home ,it was very cozy. the scenic view was amazing. i highly recommend this condo to any one who wants a nice place to stay.other than the steps ,lol it was perfect. thanks for renting to us, hope to rent it again..

The owner is a dream to deal with. Even in early March we had an amazing time. Close to the beach, clean, nicely furnished, and has everything necessary to simply bring your bags and enjoy your stay. Will absolutely come back, and recommend to friends! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Great beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was my 16 month old daughter's first trip to the beach and she and my 10 yr old had a great time at the ocean. The beach access was very convenient and the condo had all the amenities we needed. The only downfall was climbing up and down the stairs with a toddler. But I needed the exercise anyway.

Great House, Great Owner = Great Vacation

Everything was just as described. It's a doll house! Sunrise over the ocean, sunset over the bay! The only problem was the four flights of stairs that made us think about whether it was really necessary to go out, each time. We did have one in our party who is disabled, and we're all over 55 and spoiled by elevators. Other than that, it was just perfect, and the views made the stairs tolerable. The property was clean, instructions for hot water and airconditioning, etc, were clear. The owner was gracious and quick to respond to emails, with accurate information. We ate at Bowman's on the island, and found it very disappointing. We found some terrific restaurnats off-island, most notably Something Fishy and Golden Coral, both within about 6 miles. I would recommend this property to friends and family, and would return next year, knowing more about the island.

Thanks Ross, we had a great time. It was so nice to be able to walk across the street to the beach. With 4 kids not having to pile in the car covered in sand is a good thing!!!! Enjoyed the Thursday night fireworks from the deck. The only negative was having to go home.

This condo was honestly a home away from home. It had everything we could have asked for and was exactly as the picture and the description said it was. It was beautifully decorated in a laid back atmosphere and spelled VACATION perfectly. We really enjoyed the fact that it was completely stocked with all necessary items and was clean to perfection upon our arrival. I would recommend this rental to anyone who enjoys the beach, whether young or old or somewhere in between.

To anyone wanting to hit the beach, this is the condo for you! Lovely, close to the ocean, everything you need to have a terrific time! No handicapped access however, so if that is a concern, this condo is on the top floor and stairs are required. That was not a problem for our family. Jeanne

We had a great week with perfect weather, great fishing, awesome restaurants, long walks on the beach....The condo is perfect...very cozy and well equipped. Will definitely be back!!!

It is a lovely condo decorated so cute. The view of the canal is incredible. We sat out there in the morning and watched the boats. We really enjoyed our stay there. Ross is great to deal with so quick to answer emails and calls.

Beautiful condo in excellant location. Oceanview in front, sound view from back. Beach access is great. Great resturants nearby as well as aquarium, theater, museum, parks, boardwalk and minature putt putt golf.
