Accommodations: Cabin - 3 Bedrooms - 1.5 Baths - (Sleeps 6)

Photo 1 - Cabin in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado! This three bedroom, log cabin on 1 1/2 acres is located at 9500 feet in the San Juan Mountains, halfway between Gunnison and Montrose. The cabin has all modern conveniences, is very comfortable, and nicely decorated. Covered, spacious porch for outdoor dining and relaxing. Owner lives 40 miles away in Montrose and is always available. Winter access is by snowmobile, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, or walking (0.65 mile from parking lot). I can take you to the cabin by snowmobile for an extra charge. Snowmobile, cross country ski, or snowshoe from our front door. Downhill skiing at Crested Butte (65 miles), Monarch (65 miles), or Telluride (100 miles). Restaurant 2 miles from cabin. Hike, moutain bike, snowmobile, or cross-country ski from our front door. Sleds & snowshoes furnished for winter fun. Watch the deer graze and the snowshoe rabbits play in our yard. Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park is a 40 mile drive. Blue Mesa Reservoir is a 15 mile drive. Spring, summer, and fall activities include fishing, hiking, four-wheeling, hunting, and sightseeing. Three private fishing lakes. Fishing license not required. $250 deposit required to reserve the cabin. Balance is due 60 days before the rental. $250 refundable security deposit. Dogs are welcome! Don't leave these members of your family at home! All we ask is a nominal charge of $25 per dog per day or $150 per dog per week. Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit for cancellations 60 days before the rental. No refund after 60 days prior to rental unless I am able to rent the cabin for the same days.

Rates Are for 2 Persons. $25/day or $150/week for each extra person
$50 cleaning fee for rentals less than 1 week
Plus 4.5% Colorado Sales & Lodging Tax; Check in: 3 PM; Check out: 11 AM
