Year Purchased: 2001
I have lived in Newport Beach and the Orange COunty area for 25 years. I was Born and Raised in Southern California and have lots of great information about the area. I taught Elem Science for 10 years with real focus on Marine Biology/Ecology. My Dog (Murphey) and I go to the beach every morning to surf and play.
Why the Owner Chose West Newport
I actual was a renter on this property and was given the oppertunity to buy. The property was a in pretty bad shape and I had some ideas for improvment. I remodled each unit one at a time and have lived in each of them while working on the other. I loved transforming the Front and Back Yards into Large Shared Yards for all three units. I added a Palapa in the back Yard along with an outdoor shower to complement the Beach style of living. I am very happy with the places and love meeting and sharing with everyone that stays.
The Unique Benefits of this Triplex Cottage
Bike Riding to the beach is a favorite for all. I have made some awesome friends, business contacts, and now even associates through those that have rented from me.
