Our townhome is located on Lake Travis, approximately 20 miles northwest of Austin in Point Venture. Lake Travis is by far one of the cleanest and nicest lakes in Texas. Beautiful sites come from every direction while staying here. It's also one of the nicest lakes to ski, tube, or just relax in one of the many coves that are on the lake.
There are many beautiful views that come from the deck on the back porch and also from the top deck of the lake from the townhome. You can also see and feed friendly deer in the backyard while they roam around all hours of the day.
The lake is only walking distance from the back porch and once there you can enjoy swimming in the cove or have a relaxing picnic by the lake. For those who are boating enthusiasts access to a private boat dock is convenient and once on the water more fantastic views await.
Many activities surround Point Venture such as a nine-hole golf course that has terrific views of the lake and also a swimming pool for everyone to enjoy. There are also six tennis courts that one can enjoy and also a 50 acre waterfront park with two boat ramps that can be accessed through a gated area. More golfing is available in the area, as there are two full courses in the area within a 10 minute drive.
Point Venture Marina also has services like a fuel dock, a floating restaurant called "Shades Cafe", and also a grocery/sundries store that has plenty of accessories that anyone would need while on the lake. There is also a lake taxi that can be accessed to take you and your friends across the lake to watercraft rentals if needed.

2 Night Minimum Rental, 3 Night Minimum Rental for Holiday Weekends.

Reservation Guaranteed upon Receipt of $300 Reservation/Security Deposit.
