The Porches 5 bedroom residence radiates the distinctive character of the rustic mountain-style homes that once covered the Yampa Valley. Built in a friendly yet private twin home configuration, this townhome provides 4,200 square feet of generous living space that's as functional as it is well crafted.
Thanks to our thoughtful design and layout, guests enjoy a home that provides large, comfortable spaces perfect for family gatherings. The master suite and each guest bedroom offers its own private bath, allowing each member of the family an individual retreat for solitude and renewal.
This tri-level unit features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, TV’s in all of the rooms along with DVD and CD players, and a large flat screen TV in the lower level living room. There is complimentary cable and wireless internet access in the units as well as The Barn, our amenities building. As we try to create an evironmentally friendly atmosphere there will be one mid week clean for stays of 5 nights or more and a final clean upon your departure.
Guests of The Porches also enjoy large stone fireplaces, double car garages (heated during winter), and an amenities building that provides an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, steam room, game room with an XBox and GameCube, state-of-the-art exercise facility with Nautilus equipment, a business center with a computer, internet access, printer & fax machine, as well as a complimentary coffee bar with coffee, lattes, cocoa, tea, cider, and sodas or bottled water!
Once you are on the property we will take you where you need to go in Steamboat aboard our complimentary shuttles.
The Porches wouldn’t be an accurate name for this masterfully crafted property if there weren’t actual porches apart of each townhome with a set of rocking chairs awaiting your arrival. It's your home away from home, but better!
