Location: Flagstaff, Main Arizona (excludes Phoenix, Tucson & South AZ), Arizona, USA (2 hours from Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix)

Large 2200 plus square foot home at 7000 feet of elevation, in a great neighborhood, near downtown Flagstaff, located at the base of the San Francisco Peaks which soar over 12,000 feet.

This home is currently being remodelled inside and out and will be ready to rent July 1. The home has four very large bedrooms. Master bed and bath has a king, another bedroom has a California king, one queen, and last bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds (four twins). Also a full pull-out couch can be slept on in the living room.

Large kitchen with all amenities, and comfortable living room with gas fireplace. Backyard is large with a patio for sitting and barbecuing. Large circle driveway in front which can accommodate several cars. Pets are also negotiable with owner and an extra cleaning fee and deposit applies. Owner lives in appartment attached to home and is willing to help plan your destinations or day trips. Also...if interested in attactions for the upcoming week I can send via e-mail.

Located less than a mile from downtown Flagstaff, 14 miles to the chairlift at Snowbowl Ski Resort, 30 miles to the enchanting red rocks of Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. The South Rim of the Grand Canyon is a 75 mile drive, or catch the Grand Canyon Railway train in Williams which is only a 30 mile drive. The North rim is also accessible in the summer time (closed in winter) and is over a three hour drive. Also two hours away is Lake Powell and Lee's Ferry on the Colorado River.

You can stay busy from this central location taking day trips in Northern Arizona. Within walking distance in the neighborhood are parks, ball fields, as well as hiking and biking trails. Come stay in the winter to ski and play in the snow... or enjoy our beautiful 80 F degrees days here in the summer (does not get hot in Flagstaff). Thank you and enjoy!
