Beautifully landscaped front and back you will enjoy the pool view and barbecuing on your own private patio. Amenities include cable with large 32" TV, VCR/DVD in living room, TV in master bedroom, and CD/stereo radios in both bedrooms and kitchen. This is a Non-Smoking villa. Renovations.... -New Ceramic Tile in Kitchen, Dining and Living areas -New Carpet in bedrooms and hallway -New/remodeled bathrooms - sinks, baths and new flooring -New Kitchen appliances, glass-top range/microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, counter tops and sink/disposal -Full size washer and dryer -New furniture in living room, dining room, and bedroom No need to walk way over to the public beach entrances when you have your own "NEIGHBORHOOD BEACH ACCESS" right at the end of the street. Not only is our villa close to South Forest Beach, the shops and restaurants of COLIGNY PLAZA are just a short walk from Island House (HALF the DISTANCE of OCEAN BREEZE or SEASCAPE). Pet Friendly Reservations: Pets are family too! So there is NO EXTRA CHARGE for your dog...Sorry NO Cats allowed in our villa. A 40% rental deposit must be provided when making reservation. A separate $200 refundable security deposit for your dog with current vaccination records is due with balance of payment 45 days prior to arrival date. Holidays may be at extra charge...and if on Monday are week only.
