This area of the River is teaming with wildlife (bass, brim, mangrove snapper, black drum, pompano, catfish, manatees, blue crab, & birds of every feather just to name a few.
The ranch style home is located directly on the Indian River. Bring your boat and enjoy a 40 minute boat ride out to the Gulf or 20 minute ride to Crystal River's glorious crystal clear springs in King's Bay (Indian River exits into Crystal River at Twin Rivers Marina).
As shown in the photo below, Manatee abound in the Indian River, and you can view them from the property.
This retreat is a three bedroom (queen in each), two bath house with two additional sleeper sofas. Enjoy an open floor plan with a fully furnished kitchen and lovely furnishings throughout. All linens provided. Bask in the sun in the Florida room and watch the River lazily drift by.
