Enter into a beautiful and inviting living room. A large, comfy couch sits in front of a brand new 39’ flat screen TV complete with expanded cable and DVD player. In addition there is a reading chair and lamp, perfect for cozying up with your favorite book! Living room also features beamed ceilings, Spanish-style fireplace, and refinished hardwood floors. Sofa opens into a Queen-size sofa bed, for additional sleeping space.

Home has two bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed (beds, mattresses, and linens are all brand new!), walk-in closets, and ceiling fans. Master bedroom has a flat screen TV with expanded cable. The property’s one bathroom is clean, bright, and includes a combination tub/shower.

Kitchen includes all appliances and cookware needed to prepare delicious meals for family and friends! Kitchen opens out into the back patio area, which includes a gas BBQ. Inside there is a breakfast table for two and outside there is a dining table for six. Back patio is perfect for enjoying meals outside; a private, outdoor gathering space surrounded by gardens and trees.

A well-manicured lawn surrounds a Spanish-inspired exterior give this property great curb appeal! 1 car, detached garage includes a washer/dryer and is large enough to fit an SUV with extra room to store bikes and
beach items.
