Enjoy a panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding area from our open-air deck. Relax in the serene setting of our quiet cove and gaze out onto the main channel, with the Ozark bluffs as a spectacular back-drop.
Our six year-old condominium was completely redecorated and refurnished last year with a Cape Cod decor, starting with BRAND NEW furniture, appliance’s, TV, DVD, pictures, kitchen ware, bed and bath linens.
It is located in the Ledges condominium complex, in Osage Beach, at mile marker 20.5. The Ledges is within minutes of restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and some of the area's finest golf courses.
The Ledges complex offers two pools - one on the point with a beautiful view of the main channel and the other in the middle of the complex with a more private setting. Our unit is on the top floor with vaulted ceilings and a PANORAMIC VIEW OVERLOOKING THE MAIN CHANNEL AND OUR QUIET COVE.
If you’re coming to the lake to relax and gaze out at the water, then this is the view you’ve been dreaming of. The deck has a gas grill and spring-back wrought iron chairs so you can enjoy the scenery in complete comfort.
The condominium has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a QUEEN SIZE BED WITH MATCHING DRESSER AND NIGHTSTANDS, and features a walk out to the deck, a double-wide closet and ceiling fan.
The second bedroom features TWO DOUBLE BEDS WITH A MATCHING CHEST AND NIGHTSTAND. A ceiling fan and double-wide closet makes this room complete. There is a double wide roll-a-way bed with sheets and pillows also.
The living room area has a fireplace, with a 27 inch TV with cable hook-up and DVD player over the fireplace. The vaulted ceilings make for a spacious and comfortable setting.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinner-ware, glass-ware, cooking utensils, linens, soaps and paper products. There is a microwave, coffee-maker and ice-maker for your convenience also. We also supply coffee, cremora, cooking spices and most condiments for your dining pleasure.
The dining area has a large table with 4 chairs and three counter stools. A full-size washer and dryer accommodates those week long stays!

We stayed at this condo the second weekend of October for our annual girl's trip. It was spacious enough for all 8 of us and our belongings! We love the location, close to everything, but far enough away. It was very clean and comfortable. The deck and fireplace were great. It was a wonderful trip! The owners are very easy to work with. We really appreciated them and even got a thank you card from them after our stay! That's going the extra mile. This condo is highly recommended!

We stayed at this condo the week before Memorial Day. It was exactly as described, we really had our doubts because it seemed too good to be true. It comfortably slept 8 of us, convertable bed worked for the kids. The kids loved the deck. The master bedroom was very nice, with sliding door,and an amazing view. We would definitely stay here again. Only problem we had was bad weather. Had tornado warning go aff as soon as the kids got in the lake. Also rainy and cold. Owners very friendly and helpful, except control of the weather:)

We love escaping to Lake of the Ozarks in the fall. Stayed at this condo in October 2009 and have rebooked for this October. Condo was neat, clean and exactly as described in the VRBO listing. Can't figure why we stayed at motels in years past when this condo offers so much privacy & amenities.

We have rented this condo for over five years now and love coming back each summer with our family. The location is perfect in terms of proximity to all the attractions, but is somewhat remote so there isn't high traffic coming/going at the resort. The kids love the beach, as do the adults, and often find that's where we spend most days lazy-ing around on the rafts getting sun. The condo itself is very nicely equipped - two beds for the kids' room, their own bathroom and plenty of room in the living/dining room for our family of five to move around. The interior is modern, yet comfortable and has everything you could need for a vacation - including a great view! I only wish there was an umbrella with the patio table to shade the sun - it does get pretty hot in the summer and without awnings and being the top floor (which makes for an "airy" feeling inside), a patio umbrella would be a perfect addition. We look forward to coming back each year and know you will too! Did I mention the owners are great to work with also?!!
