Our three bedroom house is located on a large wooded lot, mid-island, just a 4 minute golf cart ride to the main beach, pools, restaurants, fitness center and tennis courts. Our house has everything you need to enjoy a fabulous vacation at the beach, including the use of our golf cart. No need to bring towels, bikes, beach toys – they are all included! The house comfortably sleeps 8. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, 2 twins in the third and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom and kitchen both access the screened in porch and there is also a sleeper sofa on the screened in porch. We have recently updated the home with new hardwood floors and a deck off of the screened in porch. The bedrooms and the living room all have TV’s and DVD players, the kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with cooking utensils and appliances and a gas grill is located on the deck. We have furnished and stocked the house so our guests will feel at home and will have everything they need to enjoy a great Fripp vacation. We have very reliable property managers that will be available throughout your stay to address any needs that you may have. Guests can purchase up to 6 amenity cards for a fee of $50 per card per week during the peak season and $35 per card per week in the off seasons. The amenity cards will allow our guests to enjoy Fripp’s 2 championship golf courses, 5 pools, 5 restaurants, tennis courts, fitness center and other resort amenities.
Fripp Island is a 3000 acre private, charming, gated island community perched along the Atlantic Ocean, just across from Hilton Head Island and 19 miles south of historic Beaufort, South Carolina. Fripp has over three miles of pristine, classic South Carolina beaches. Fripp Island Resort offers island pools, tennis, restaurants and golf courses. If golf is your passion, the Ocean Point Golf Links course sports several ocean holes and a great track with newly remodeled fairways. The second course, Ocean Creek Golf Course was designed by Davis Love III, and was recently noted in Golf Magazine as a "Top Ten New Course." Hilton Head Island with its wide selection of courses is only a 45 minute drive. If tennis is your game, the Fripp Island Racquet Club has 10 tennis courts and pros available to run clinics or supervise league play.
In addition to relaxing at the beach, golf and tennis, other Fripp activities include, hiking, fishing, wildlife sanctuaries, biking, kayaking, deep-sea fishing and deer, dolphin and alligator watching. Sailors, anglers or folks hoping for a midnight cruise will find a charter at the Fripp Island Marina. There is plenty to do for youngsters and teens alike. The Cabana Club offers "kid friendly" pools and "parent friendly" relaxation while the teen center provides activities and fun for teens. Off island excursions may include a trip to Hunting Island State Park to visit its beaches or its historic lighthouse built in 1875. Savannah and Charleston are close to one hour away.

Deposit of 50% required to secure a weekly reservation & balance due 60 days
prior to arrival. $100 cleaning fee due for nonweekly rental. No pets or smoking.
Amenity cards can be purchased for $35-50 per week depending on the season.
Rates do not include South Carolina taxes.

Welcome to our guestbook. We have just purchased this home and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we already have. We purchased it for our family to enjoy, but living in Indiana and with busy teenagers, we will not get to enjoy it as much as we would like right now. We wish we could travel to Fripp every weekend! We don't want the home to sit empty so we are offering it for rent. I hope you will enjoy your stay at our home on Fripp Island.
