Destin's exciting high-rise resort, adjacent to Seascape golf course is located 50 feet from the beach. Above It All is on the 15th floor and has the most breathtaking, panoramic views of the Choctowatchee Bay, Destin's gorgeous coastline and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Surfside Resort has a sky bridge that connects the pool deck to the beach (meaning no streets to cross). This three bedroom, three bath delight sleeps 10 (can also be split & rented as a 2 bed sleeping 8 or 1 bed sleeping 2) and boasts amenities including: Ricks Crab Trap Restaurant, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, shuffle board, picnic area, meeting room, covered parking, courtesy patrol, fax, wake-up services, elevators, heated pool and large hot tub. It's obvious no need will go unmet.
You'll also enjoy relaxing on one of the three balconies watching the sunset melt away as the city lights appear to spark the romantic in everyone as you dream about life "Above It All."

We truly enjoyed our stay at "Above it all" and plan to stay again. We mixed business with pleasure by being a vendor(International Seating) at a home show in Ft. Walton and staying in Destin. It was a beautiful weekend. The views are spectacular from the lovely condo and it was a much needed getaway for us. Thank you for the opportunity of staying there and look forward to staying again in the near future.

What a wonderful place to relax, The sound of the ocean luls you to sleep after a sunfilled day on the beach, just outside your door. The rooms were filled with great displays of furniture and art. You could "eat off the floor" as the say. A bottle of wine and fresh flowers greeted us as we arrived, and the newspaper was delivered every day. The owner checked with us regularly to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I cannot think of a better place to stay when visiting Florida and Destin in particular. I took pictures of the rooms and shared with my friends who were also impressed, and plan to follow, some of whom have already made reservations.
