Our villa is a desirable 1st floor end unit just steps from the beach in the beautiful Island Club Resort. The complex has 24 hour professional security. It boasts 3 swimming pools (sunning pool, regular pool and a safe, fantastic toddler pool). ALL of them were refurbished last year. There are 9 tennis courts, playground, lagoons, gazebos, & barbecues along with miles of gentle beach. There's also a well appointed exercise/work out room & accompanying spa for relaxing on great evenings. The condos at the Island Club tend to be spacious and well appointed. Ours is no exception.
This villa is completely updated & beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you'd expect to find in your own home, including all new appliances. Both bedrooms feature cable TV and fans. There is a 50" flat screen in the living room. The 1st floor location is ideal for easy condo entry - park right outside-easiest unloading in the resort. It also has superb, ultra-easy access to the beach. As you walk out the patio door, the boardwalk's on your left. Facing the patio is one of the several lagoons on the property - if you have young children, bring fishing poles or just let them feed the small ducks! The patio view to the left is of the ocean & the sound can lull you to afternoon naps - OFTEN !
During the day, there are a myriad of activities to keep you occupied. While no one guarantees Hilton Head sun every day, the condo has a mini library & board games to while away time during an occasional storm. In the evening, look out & enjoy the softly lit pathway's lights which surround the lagoon. I think the view is one of the many benefits of having this particular 1st floor location. My husband opts for the easy loading & unloading !

The first thing I noticed upon entering this unit is that it was exactly as John and Pat had relayed to me. Extremely clean and the first unit near the ocean. The large rooms and closets allowed for our group of 5 to be comfortable. Feeding the ducks was enjoyed by all. This unit is close to everyhting and the amenities at Isand Club are great. First time in Hilton Head and I will be back. I recommmend the Frosty Frog, Marleys and Smokehouse Grill as good places to eat. The alligator grille was overpriced. Tons of activities within 5-10 minutes of the unit. John was able to get us discount green fees for golf and I would recommend Rose Hill Golf club for intermediate to advanced golfers. No better value on the Island. We relaxed on a pristine beach and were very comfortable the entire week in the unit with temperatures outside near 100 degrees
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is the best condo/villa yet & we have been coming to the Island Club for 10 years. This time we brought the 3 grandkids & they had a ball. Miniature golf's nearby - they like Harold's in the morning with Grandpa - Billy would fish the lagoon all day AND nite if we'd let him. They also enjoyed the kid's programs & we enjoyed out quiet time. Love the new kitchen ! ! !

we have been coming to hilton head for our summer vacations for the past 5 years & have stayed at the island club for the 3 most recent. last year we used this unit - can't wait to see the new kitchen when we come back in june ! kids love the beach and feeding the ducks - we like the closeness to the beach and the quiet !

We have stayed in this complex for many yrs ( both summer AND winter ). The past 3 years we have rented this particular condo & wish we had stayed there for ALL visits to Hilton Head. We will be going again this September & look forward to the new kitchen and views.
