This was our fourth visit to Palm Desert, but our first time staying in Palm Valley. The reason for the switch was our desire to experience the awesome facilities that Palm Valley CC offers: the fitness centre, the 25m pool, and the golf courses. They all exceed our expectations. 76358 Sweat Pea at Palm Valley Country Club was a fantastic place to spend Thanksgiving. The condo has been updated throughout - the kitchen was gorgeous and everything was top notch. Clean, comfortable, pretty and high quality. Directions and instructions were all perfect. We loved it and are very likely to tr to get this condo again if we return to Palm Springs. The only downside was that it seemed a little pricey.

What an amazing place, thank you! Your home was a wonderful place for us to meet up with family from England. We were all surprised by the heat, but took advantage of the pools and had a great visit. We owned a place on Sweet Pea for 12 years but sold in '97. This is our first return to Palm Springs and it is as wonderful as I remember. The condo is beautiful and also very comfortable. Had a wonderful time. Hope to return soon.

My family and I had such a great time. I wasn't sure what to expect or how much to pack. But I must say that they think of everything! That significantly reduced the anxiety for someone like me that worries about forgetting things. Also, my family and I love love watching movies and this place was perfect! Surround sound in everyroom and and easy to set up! We played games and had dinner together on that amazing dinner table! Thanks for everything. I wanted to give it a 5 star rating but the website kept glitching.

We have been coming to Pqlm Desert over St. Patricks Day, with seven other couples for 26 years. When we were younger, and still working, we came for long weekends. Now that we have more time (all are retired) we stay for at least a week. In fact, three of the eight couples loved Palm VAlley C.C so much that they bought their own condo. We feel so fortunate to have found your condo. It met our every need -beautifully decorated, great location - so comfortable. We're very thankful it was available for our stay!

It was clean. The outside light didn't go off all night and it was hard to sleep in the room nearby. The TV's needed a tech. to figure out with all those controls. The lighting in most of the lamps were poor (could hardly read by them). However, for the most part it was very nice and the patio was wonderful to sit out. The location was great.

""Enjoyable & Relaxing w/Suggestions" My son and I were very happy w/the accomodations. Master bedroom was very nice and bed/pillow really comfortable. The air condition was perfect and the condo was perfectly stocked. If I could change or better the experience although a beautiful condo the list of ito dos could stated that the water heater needed to be increased in temp. Thist would have avoided an unecessary challenge. We were on a timeline only to find out the water was cold and when turned to hot it actually became colder which caused confusion. This was due to the fact that a few items were opposite (lights, hot & cold direction or indicators) of what would be normal and caused delays in plans. Again, advance notice of relators wanting to show the property would have been acceptable rather than dropping by. Last, if check out is 10:00am I would rather house keeping not come @ 8:00am to see when we were leaving. If this was also on the list of to dos when arriving, I would have confirmed our time on the front end of the stay. This is the first time renting a condo this way and therefore I realize I may not be aware of the procedures. Please know that I am not unhappy and the property is beautiful. "Hi there, I would definitely recommend anybody thinking of staying at this condo. The condo itself is very well taken care of. The furnishings as well as finishes are very nice, and dealing with Melinda was very effortless. The place is clean, the grounds of the country club are very well maintained, and the clubhouse is very nice. Tennis courts are very clean and set in a beautiful and well maintained setting."

"Great Place, Great Trip" We had a great time at this place. the house was totally updated with 4 flat screen tv's, a stocked kitchen, and pretty much everything that is need to have a relaxing trip. The pool was close and we had breakfast every morning on the patio on the golf course. It doesn't quite get the sun in November but across the street at the pool the sun is there. I would definitely rent this place again."

"We had a very nice time while staying in your condo. It's beautiful and large enough for us all to spread out. The kids loved having games to play, especialy the PS2, and a TV in each room was perfect. We didn't use the membership because everything cost too much to use each time (owners' note: we agree - but unfortunately can't do anything about the club fees - our membership costs over $600/mo and they still charge our guests!), but we used our mother's rental amenities for free at her property. So it all worked out. Thanks."

It is obvious that the owner's care very much about their guests enjoyment. This unit has top of the line TV/Stereo amenities that came in handy during the peak summer heat. Very relaxing place.

We never did figure out the sound for the TV in the living room, but it certainly wasn't an issue or we would have called. What a perfect place to go for a fun and relaxing time away. Your condo was so gorgeous and it had everything we needed. The swimming pool(s) with the pool toys were great, the view of the golf course from the condo was beautiful. The fully equipped kitchen and the barbecue coupled with all of the fun games to choose from, just spelled total happiness. We will be back real soon. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo.

We've stayed in many condos. And this is one of the best. Melinda has gone way out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. We wouldn't hestitate a second to recomment it to anyone -- particularly those who love golf, sun, great pool(s), and fine eats. Lots of fun!

"We have really enjoyed the condo - it is 5 star all the way. Our stay here was a lot of fun with daily simming, PS2 & various outings like Joshua Tree Park & Soak City.
